We had Done Right complete yard grading, a retaining wall and large paver patio. All the work was completed as expected and the company had excellent communication with us on steps and progress. Everyone was great from Mike (sales), Sean (project manager) and Luis (on site lead). We are very happy with the outcome overall and expect to hire them again in the future!

We had a concrete patio that we needed replaced. Done Right did an amazing job both with demolition of the old and removal to a beautifully finished new patio. Wider steps leading out the sliding door. Top notch workers. They really know their craft. Had the pleasure with working with Corey, the project manager who was extremely thoughtful and an expert in his field.

the finished product was terrific, after the crew came back and addressed a few issues. Working with Done Right was hassle free and not an unpleasant experience. the team kept me informed concerning the project progress and the on-site crew was talented and professional.

Armando and his brothers were very professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and helped every chance they had with any questions we had. The project lead, Shawn, kept us up to date on everything and Mark our bidder was very friendly as well. This company did a fantastic job, thank you so much!

Did good work but poor follow up once you have paid the final bill. Trying to get plants replaced that died and they are extremely difficult to get a hold of.

Hired this company to do some landscaping around our house. It took them a while to come out to do the job. There was a lack of communication between management and Team Leaders as well as from Team Leaders to workers. I spent way more time outside communicating to the workers what was suppose to be done than I should have had to. They would in turn call the team leader to ask if I was correct and if they should do what I was saying. The team leader would eventually show up for 5 or 10 minutes and be on his way. No one was actually on sight overseeing the job. The workers worked very hard. Only one could speak English so he is the one I tried to communicate with. He would tell me they were not told to do something and would call the team leader to ask permission to do it. Eventually the Team Leader came back to my house and we walked around the entire property with their own video of the project (from our initial meeting) and it proved what I had been telling the workers to do was actually correct. Something management had overlooked in the video therefore didn’t communicate it to the workers. This company needs better communication and management. After the work was finally completed it was satisfactory. The score is based on lack of leadership and communication.

I will begin by saying that I have never written a review, but I felt compelled to do so for this project. I struggled between a 4 or 5 Star rating, but I absolutely LOVE the results of my project, which is what i think ultimately matters. (New block retaining walls and new concrete patios and sidewalks) Juan and his crew were meticulous in building our new walls....Juan took the time to stop and ask questions to make sure things were being done correctly. These guys work so very hard in 100 degree heat. Jose was on the concrete side and was outstanding. You could tell that he cared about his work being done correctly. By far, Corey Olson, the concrete PM was my lifeline and savior for this entire project. Corey made my husband and me feel like we mattered and our project was important. He was only supposed to be the concrete PM, but he ended up being an overall PM for us. Corey is an outstanding employee for Done Right and an outstanding human being. Now, let me explain a few things if you are looking to hire Done Right for your project: Initially you will be sent a salesman to come to your home to walk through what you would like to have done. He will take notes and take pictures. He will then send you a quote with a "drawing" showing your project. They key here is to CAREFULLY look at the drawing before proceeding. I found that just because I told him what I envisioned, that he envisioned it the same way. Not true.....you have to really look at what they are proposing and make sure it meets what you really want. This drawing gets used completely throughout the project and if they are not correct in the beginning, it can cause chaos by the end of the project. There is a communication issue within this company that I think they are working on. They provide you with a Concrete PM and a Landscape PM.....unfortunately our Landscape PM quite a day after we met with him. They did not inform me, I found out when I called looking for him. To be fair, he quit and I called the next morning. They sent another Landscape PM that we met with one time and then never saw him again. This is where Corey, our Concrete PM, had to take over because there was no other communication. I did put a call in to the owner, Adam. I really didn't think he would call me back, but to my surprise, he did. That made me extremely happy. He let me vent to him and he apologized and did take care of things after the conversation. I would recommend Done Right Landscape to anyone, but I would also caution them to be completely on top of their own project. I do LOVE the finished product that I have!

Armando and his crew are fantastic!!! They take pride, are meticulous, and care for the customer. They ask you questions to make sure you are happy!!! I highly recommend them!!!

I’ve been trying to refrain on writing a negative review in hopes they would eventually rectify our issues but at this point I feel like I’ve exhausted all avenues. We had a retaining wall placed last fall. The initial work was okay, no real complaints. There were a few things that I feel were overlooked but our crew supervisor fixed them at that time with the exception of the sidewalk. During work, their machinery cracked and broke our sidewalk which we were told would get fixed within a few days. A few days turned in to “next spring” due to having our job done in the fall. Come Spring, we noticed a few things that needed to be fixed with our wall so we reached out to Done Right asking to schedule it to be fixed in addition to the sidewalk. We were told someone would get ahold of us to schedule. It is now almost September. We have emailed, we have called and nothing is being done. Our emails, nor our calls are being responded to. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed in the lack of customer service. At this point, based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend.

Excellent professionals! The work done in our patio looks stunning. Beginning to end, they were very attentive in the details and give us all the attention that we needed. We super recommend DoneRight!

Chad Nasal and Brendan did an awesome job on my sprinkler install. They were professional, worked around the raining days, and ensured that had the proper the setup for worked yard and needs! They also took their time to explain how the system was connected and how work the controller box. Will do business in the future with done right landscapes in the future!

We have called several companies for estimates on a project we are wanting to do. Done Right was the first company to respond. Bailey was very informative regarding the entire process, before and after the work is done. We have seen several of their completed projects and are very impressed with their work and timelines. When we decide the extent of what we want done, they will be the company we hire!

Great operation over here. Met with Mike and Mark to design a landscape installation at my house. They were informative, saved me money with their ideas, and ultimately created a beautiful outdoor living space for my family and I to enjoy this summer. I highly recommend this group. They show up, communicate throughout the entire process, and got things “Done Right”!
