I am so happy with the engagement ring I purchased from Donj. The whole process happened fast, but I felt so confident with the help from Viken. They made sure the ring was able to be flown out in time for the proposal and kept me up to date with every little process. The ring itself was absolutely stunning and even more then I could have asked for. Such a great experience and will be using them for any future jewelry purchases. Ordered online and had an excellent experience. I had purchased a ring for my wife, rose gold, and it was exactly as described. The website order led to a little bit of confusion, but I reached out to customer service and it was cleared up immediately and they happily took my concern and fixed the issue. Ring was delivered in a few weeks and I was notified once it left for delivery! Box it came in was beautiful, had a light over the ring when you opened it. Zero issues. Will absolutely order through Donj again!

Incredibly luxurious, personal and educational experience. Very friendly atmosphere, not at all intimidating if it’s your first time at a jeweller. The owners are very nice and the customer service is amazing. Something i found very helpful and important is that they prefer to educate you on all your options within your budget to allow you to make the best possible purchase. All in all amazing experience.

Edit 2: This occured over three years ago. This business replied to my message once but many years later replied again. I'm insulted with the new reply that's been added here deleting the previous. Diamonds are expensive yet I explicitly asked for moissanite. Had a budget of over 3000$ prior to covid so before inflation. I think my price point was more than fine yet the service given here is horrible. I don't appreciate a business trying to tarnish my name. Own up to your mistake and take this review as it's deserved. I'll see you guys again in another couple years when you try to change your review again apparently. P.s. I came in without the knowledge you sold only diamonds. Inform your future clients that is only stone you sell when they come in with a specific ask of something else instead of wasting their time. I asked if it was possible to make me a ring specific style with a specific stone. I'd gladly take " no we don't sell that". I never recieved a no just a push for the other stone. Still bad service and the fact of your responses shows your respect for clients. Edit: So my review has been replied so I would like to emphasize how much they ignored the problem in my situation. I came in with an exact style of ring, a fairly reasonable price point and the exact type of stone my girlfriend wanted. I was pushed for another stone and to shut them up I agreed only if they could put it as a price comparison to what I actually wanted as much as I said I wasn't interested. Never got the quote for what I came in for only the more expensive stone. Horrible customer service genuinely don't recommend this place. Original: At first I found this place great. Was looking for a ring with a specific style and gem that my gf had already shown me. They were initially receptive but then became pushy on increasing my budget and changing the gem. Would not give me a price estimate of what I wanted. Sent me a demo of the ring after a couple days of the gem I didn't ask for and then started calling me multiple times once being next to my gf im trying to surprise the jewelry with. Unprofessional and bad experience dont recommend at all.

I had two custom rings made by Donj a few years back and I am constantly complimented on them. Very professional and extremely high quality. I wear them few times a week and wouldn’t consider myself being too careful with my jewelry and none of the stones feel off so you can be sure that all those babies will stay well in place if you are like me.

I visited two different jewelry stores, and unfortunately, they made me feel like I didn’t belong because of my budget. But when I came to Donj Jewelry and spoke with Vik, he treated me with respect and dignity, even though I initially just wanted a wedding ring polish. I ended up adding a diamond to my wife’s ring, thanks to the great service! Now I can happily celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary, staying within my budget and with your beautiful rings.
