I woke up this morning to two toilets leaking from underneath and two bathtubs that had backed up with water from the drain. I called DrainGo and Nathaniel was at my house within an hour. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked out the situation and then walked me through the options to fix the issue. He never tried to upsell me or pressure me into anything. Once we decided how to handle the problem, Nathaniel took care of things quickly, and there have been no further issues. I was very impressed with the entire interaction and I would definitely recommend DrainGo to anyone in need of plumbing services. I am a very satisfied customer!

Nathanial Reed has helped us with various services over the past few years, including diagnosing plumbing issues and unclogging old pipes. I had another plumbing company come out (Flow Master) was charged and told the problem was solved, only for it to come back. After contacting DrainGo plumbing and Nathaniel working out the problem I am so pleased he explained everything, did everything he said he would and problem solved. I will never use another plumbing company.

would not recommend this company. a toliet was leaking into the basement and the pulmber cut a hole in our basement ceiling to confirm the leak and said someone would contact us to re-patch the ceiling. this was many months ago. I have followed up multiple times and they are saying that they did not do this work. they also said the plumber is no longer with the company. would not recommend as i have not heard back from management after multiple attempts.

I had a dripping outside hydrant. The technician said he could fix the hydrant. He proceeds to turn the knob and tell me the problem was that I had failed to turn it off completely. Unfortunately, when I looked it was still leaking. To which he replied it was probably just a worn washer. He went to his large work van (it is slightly smaller than an UPS truck), returning to state that he had no replacement faucet and only one, not new, washer. After making the washer switch, he stated there would only be a 30 day warranty for this part since it was not new, if it had been a new part it would have been a 12 month warranty. I am still trying to puzzle out why the customer is penalized because DrainGo's large work van failed to have the new parts needed for the job. Next is payment, the representative I spoke with on the phone advised the service call fee is $89 and if I let the technician proceed with the job the $89 is deducted from the total price. My final cost was $175 this is AFTER the $89 credit. It is stunning to believe that a gently used washer with a 30 day warranty cost $264. I am actually very thankful that there was no replacement faucet in the very large work van. The technician stated the cost was so high because he had to come from Birmingham. I did not even realize until he arrived in the DrainGo van that Gamble Pluming had been sold. When I called to make the appointment the phone was answered Gambling Plumbing not DrainGo or even DrainGo doing business as Gamble Plumbing. They still use the Bibb County telephone number so you really would not know you are speaking with a company out of Birmingham and there will be extra cost involved for just that reason. It does not seem to be full disclosure. Lastly, I do not like the fact that I was not given any form of work order, paid invoice or receipt showing the work performed, a breakdown of the cost and the amount I paid.

We had to have DrainGo come out several times this month (2 new water heaters, and a leak). Very professional, on time, and prices are as good as you can expect, I suppose. Will only use DrainGo.

Nathaniel just came out to our Early Learning Center that serves only children who are experiencing homelessness. He went above and beyond his job description to make sure that our students have a safe place to come to school to each day. Thank you, Nathaniel!

After researching online reviews for a toilet replacement I decided to call DrainGo this morning. The lady that answered the phone was helpful and easy to communicate with, I'm sure to them a toilet was a small task but to me was huge. Tony called to let me know he was 30 minutes out, very professional told me up front cost and when the removal and install was complete he cleaned up better than what he found it. Thank you to DrainGo and Tony, I will be a repeat customer!
