I’ve known Dr. Bainer for years, and he is, without a doubt, the most honest dentist I never knew I always wished I had. His integrity and genuine care for his patients are unmatched, and it’s clear he’s passionate about what he does. Every visit to The Smile Gallery is a joy. The energy in the office is warm, positive, and uplifting, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and informed. Yesterday, I had the privilege of having my cleaning done by Giana, Dr. Bainer’s wife, and I was blown away by her kindness and gentle touch. She is the most loving hygienist I’ve ever encountered, and her genuine care made the entire experience feel so personal and comfortable. From start to finish, The Smile Gallery delivers excellence. If you’re looking for a dental team that combines exceptional skill with an atmosphere of trust and compassion, look no further. This place is simply WOW all around. Five stars are not enough!

Dr Bainer is the best dentist we’ve ever had , he’s honest , friendly knowledgeable and his staff is the same Rachael cleaned my teeth and noticed I had a crack in my tooth , they got me in to get my crown and best thing is he makes the crowns same day while u wait , thank you to the smile Gallery for always taking great care of us 🙌🫶🏼

I generally hate going to the dentist. Always hated it. But the staff at the smile gallery are awesome. They give their patients the best care and never cut corners. Found out they do kids too. Who knew?

I go out of network just to come here for the quality and professionalism …if you have to fix old dental work like I used to need when I was in network per my insurance then it’s not worth it. Trust this professional staff to take care of you.

If you are looking for a new dentist in Escondido, look no further. Dr. Bainer and his staff are who you are looking for. The experience from the front desk, to the hygienists, the dental assistants, and of course, Dr. Bainer himself will set you at ease from the start. Dr. Bainer's demeanor is always reassuring and confident but needless to say, his work is excellent too. That is what you are paying for ... but I am one of those patients that thinks the entire experience should be a good one. I give them a 5 star rating because after several years now in going there, I know I can count on them with questions, concerns and I always leave this office feeling like they CARE!

Dr. Bainer…..Talk about a Dream Team! In the dental profession, I’d consider you and your team are IT ! Time to seek dental attention again, you say? Another doctor? A stranger because you’re new to this area? Not only a doctor but a dentist doctor who’s sure to cause pain ? AAUUGGHH! Go visit Dr. David Bainer, say friends ! So very reluctantly, I follow their advice ! I shuffle half-heartedly up to the front door of his office, not at all looking forward to what lies beyond. But then, I’m pleasantly surprised by the very welcoming receptionist, Lina. OK, I feel better already! Then comes Medical Assistant, “Bailey” who instantly charms and engages me about Dr. Bainer and what lies ahead today as she escorts me into the inner chamber. Clearly, Bailey loves her job and respects Dr. Bainer, settling most of my apprehensions. Next up is Dr. Bainer himself, and OMG, I was totally impressed by him, first as a gentleman, second as a knowledgeable and charming dentist who gave me the best medical experience I’ve encountered in 80 years of visiting doctors ! For me t’was a “red letter day!” Most notable about Dr. Bainer was his kindness and compassion, as exceptional as his obvious drive to deliver the highest possible standard of patient care. I left with a confidence that he would do his very best hereafter to help me and soon my wife, who dreads dentists with a passion! T’would be easy for critics to claim I‘m over the top with praise here, but I exaggerate not! Everybody I met on the team was exceptional. Bottom line, Dr. Bainer will be our dentist for the remainder of our lives. Thank you ever so much Dr. Bainer, Bailey, Lina and other team members for such an experience. Dr. Bainer and his staff are top notch! I always feel taken care of and it’s always a very nice experience when I go. Friendly and professional staff who send reminders, reschedule you without friction, and even help with referral scheduling! Can’t say enough good things about that place. Would recommend family members to this Dentist!

Always a pleasure walking into the warm atmosphere of the Smile Gallery. I had a great cleaning with Rachael and Dr. Bainer checked everything out. Dr. Bainer and his assistant Bailey also set me up for my Botox. Having it done by the best dentist ever is almost completely painless. I look forward going to the dentist! Feels like home♥️
