Avoid this even if you’re desperate, just go further away or the better True medical or veteran of the area, Tanamerah

If you’re looking for laser treatment sure, but for flu, cold and fever which are more life complicated

Wouldn’t call it a sham but a practise trial for their less than capable practitioners

Oh and the reason why it’s “ highly rated”? Take a closer look at those high raters and the number of reviews and how “new”

I have to say as a first timer doing facial enhancer, this place definitely reassured my fear in needles and explaining everything in details to the procedure i wanted to have. Dr. James Goh was so patient with me and explaining everything and suggesting what’s best for me.
The procedure was so quick and surprisingly no pain maybe a tiny small like ants bite feeling and some pressure but really its nothing.
Thank you so much Dr. James Goh for making me look beautiful 😍
Also i have to mention the staff Agnes and Ginny they are so accommodating with me and not pussy on selling. What a pleasant experience. Definitely will see u guys soon.

I do not recommend this place. They charged me $50 "consultation fee" for inquire about the prices. They said that if I don't take the treatment they need to charge a consultation fee, and showed me a small sign that was on the table, however before the "consultation" (that took probably 5 minutes) they never mentioned about the charge. Tried to lie to me saying that is always like that everywhere, when it is not, since it is not the first time I attend one of these centers.
I didn't had much time to argue, so for this time I just paid the amount and left.
In honest places you are not charged for asking prices (how you will acquire the service then?), or at least you are warned in advanced about a possible "consultation fee" you will be charged if you don't take the treatment.

Love my results! enjoyed my experience here, staff were professional and friendly. Doctor Chio was great and very experienced. he’s patience as he listens to my facial concerns, at the same time took time to advise what my facial actually needs, highly recommended!

If I could give zero stars, I would. They make you sign for expensive packages on the spot but ignore you when you have questions afterward. Staff are not friendly and gossip about you in another language, thinking the client doesn’t understand.

Best part? I’m allergic to clindamycin and amoxicillin. When I expressed concerns about pimples on my chin, Dr. James prescribed me clindamycin gel without asking about my allergies. The nurses also failed to check before dispensing it. As someone who has been a nurse for over 10 years, I know this is a serious oversight. Medical professionals are supposed to ask about drug allergies before prescribing or dispensing any medication - something which they evidently missed.

They’re only after your money. Avoid at all costs!!

Lousy and irresponsible clinic esp a staff named eileen who is not well trained to use those equipment and end up burning my skin….clinic also did not take full responsibility of it so pls avoid at all cost!!!

I went there for botox few month ago with Dr Chio. He is very experienced and very nice doctor. i was bought to the room and apply numbing cream by a Filipino i didnt ask her name (i guess is the consultant) cause she was very obnoxious and tried to upsell me filler and nose thread. she even lower her pricing just insist me to do the filler and nose thread on the day itself. when i rejected her, she seemed upset that I liked the way my face looked... When i done with my botox, she will asked me to intro/bring my friend come she will give me some freebies. Thanks, but no thanks Dr Chio Aesthetic .

Had eyes treatment (4 sessions) and my pico laser done up for the 11th time as of today. The clinic staffs Ginny were friendly and polite most of the time.. Ginny been attending to me for the two months for my visit here, she is kind, attentive and will make sure i feel comfortable before and after treatment.
