We called Benjamin Drew to take a look at our plumbing because we were having drain fly issues and they work on all the homes in our new development. The man they sent out was unprofessional. He was looking around our house at the renovation we were doing and looking at a light we were installing and things that had no relation to the issue we were trying to have him look at. It made me feel super uncomfortable being alone with him and my one year-old daughter. He did not address the issue. I reached out to the owners that day when he left and they never contacted me back. Now today they are working in our neighborhood and I was outside with my daughter and another employee of theirs was literally yelling profanity at a guy working in another home. Apparently these are the type of people they hire to work for them. I would have told him to stop cussing, but again I am at home alone with my daughter and don’t want to put to put myself in an unsafe position. Totally unprofessional.

We have used this company many times for repairs and emergency service. A timely and great experience each time. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

I called multiple companies for service and these guy's seemed the most professional. They sent out this really great guy Skylar and he was right on time. Not only did he do a great job but explained everything to me. I would hire this guy to work for me if he ever needed a job. I was so impressed with his professionalism at a young age.
