Ben and his Son PERFECTLTY REPAIRED some scratches, dings and missing material on our engineered-wood flooring. 16 different planks needed to be restored -- they were !!! And the price was SO SURPRISINGLY reasonable !!! Ben is a caring man, and is THE ONLY PERSON TO CALL. Thanks to Ben our floor looks showroom new !!

Unfortunately they were unable to help me but I will say that Ben explained everything and didn't try to fake it. This goes to show they are not in it for the money and won't tell you anything but the truth when it comes to flooring. I really appreciate them coming out to my house and letting me know. Thank you Dr. Floor if I have any other flooring projects I'll definitely be calling them first.

We had a plumbing leak damage a section of our flooring and Ben and Cesar did an amazing job problem solving how to use our remaining flooring to make our floors look like new! This company did an excellent job of patching a small area on one of my wood planks. They were able to match the color of with the other planks beautifully. The amount they charged was in line with the job. The gentleman were very nice and I would certainly use this company again. Thanks Dr. Floor.

Ben is a floor artist!! A cleaning crew had spilled oven cleaner on our hand scraped hardwoods. I hired someone else first to fix and unfortunately our kitchen floors only turned out worse. Ben responded quickly and worked his amazing skills! He was able to fix the damage under my oven and fix all the other areas damaged by the prior company!!! I am SO thankful for how he was able to fix our kitchen floors. Extremely fair pricing too. And he was eager to make sure I was happy before the job was considered "done" and he accepted payment. Highly recommend!!!

We were looking for an honest and sensible opinion, to repair or to replace our moisture-damaged laminate floor. Ben responded with a visit within 24 hours and provided us with the financial pros and cons. He gave us a tip for DIY and we did not feel pressured to spend money unnecessarily. Ben with Dr. Floor and his team did an amazing job bringing our engineered flooring back to life. We were considering getting all new flooring. I seen the online Google reviews for Dr. Floor and I decided to give them a call. Ben and his team come out and WOW, these floors look better than they did day one. Prior to calling Dr. Floor the floors had deep scratches and the color was scraped off in several places. Furniture had been dragged across the apartment floor leaving several deep scrapes and causing floor damage. Ben and his team restored our floors back to their original beauty! Photos are taken after Dr. Floor restored them.
