Dr van Niekerk is the best Orthopaedic Surgeon I have come across. He conducted a meniscus repair on my knee and the procedure was smoothly and successfully conducted. He admitted me on the 5th March 2024, at Cintocare Menlyn, and I must say the facilities there were the best, not forgetting the hospitality was at another level.
Dr van Niekerk’s team was awesome, I won’t forget Bianca, she was so kind and constantly checking up on me before and post the surgery. Doctor van Niekerk made me feel special with his constant visit before and post the surgery, that was so professional and kind. He is one Doctor I will keep for life and recommend to friends and family!! He is one Doctor others should learn important attributes from him..

Dr van Niekerk is such an amazing, empathetic, experienced doctor, awesome at what he does. He really takes the time to listen to you as his patient and fully explains everything in detail in the simplest way possible for you to understand.
Going into theatre on the 26th September I knew the exact procedure he was going to perform on my hand like I've had years of experience, lol. I had absolute trust in him and his team and knew I was in safe hands.
Impeccable bedside manner as well. Came to see me early evening in the ward before he knocked off and early the next morning around 05:00. I actually even looked outside to see if it was really dark and that early in the morning, I was ecstatic.
His staff as well, super great, super efficient, friendly and on the ball, really impressed.

Dr van Niekerk, his theatre partners and his supporting staff at the practise left me in disbelief at the level of medical professionalism, and compassion! I've had 2 surgeries performed by doc van Niekerk in a space of 5 months, and should I need surgery in future and I'm able to choose then I will most certainly choose him first.

Dankie vir die terugvoer en jammer vir die ongerief. Ek spandeer soveel tyd soos nodig met elke pasient om die beste uitkoms te probeer verseker. Noodgevalle of komplekse konsultasies kan dus langer neem. Ons sal aandag gee aan die tydsbestuur, maar dit is egter dikwels onvoorspelbaar. Groete Andries van Niekerk.
