Great dealing with DSolar. They responded quickly and all staff great to deal with.

Good work and a professional job.

A few communication breakdowns along the way, which resulted in a delay of about a month to get installed. 2 months later we finally got the hot water switch that was supposed to be installed with the system, then installation team had no idea about it. Solar is finally installed and generating. We were told repeatedly that the numbers added up so we would financially be ahead, taking into account both the usage costs, as well as the fortnightly bill for the panels. A year on and this is definitely not the case, we are much worse off for having the dsolar panels installed. This month our bill was $10 less than the same time last year. Add the cost of the panels, and we are $150 worse off per month. Others seem to have had a better experience, but mine has been awful.

Very good experience using DSolar, can highly recommend. Bit of a mix up with communication on installation date, but rectified it quickly and did a great job with the installation itself.

I had an awful experience with DSolar. They are Brisbane based, but the job I had for them was based in Townsville which they gladly took on. After a few months and after paying a deposit they told me that they outsource their work to someone local and that their usual installer and supplier could not do the work for them. They turned around and told me it might be best to find someone else to do the job.... So was left having to cancel with them after waiting months, and it took over a month for my deposit to even be returned to me... I can't speak for anyone who might live closer to where they operate, and I see a lot of great reviews, so i'm sure there's a lot of positives, however if you are too remote for them then just forget about even bothering. I would have given them one star, but gave them one extra because they did have friendly sales staff that helped me decide what size unit etc to purchase. However once deposit was paid it was a complete shemozzle.

What a simple process, from the quotation right through to the installation. Thank you Ashleigh Dsolar and Phil for the installation. Couldn't have worked out more perfect. Hassle free and the back up calls to see if all was ok. A credit to all involved. Thank you, Peter n Kel. 😊

Impeccable - is how I would describe the whole service from the initial quote (Brett), booking (Chrissy), Installation (Tom & Hari). After having received a lot of quotes and checking reviews I decided to proceed with Dsolar due to their google ratings (I was initially skeptical as there very few bad ratings - however I can see why now. The installation process- was super smooth and Tom & Hari kept me updated throughout the process. You can clearly see Tom is very passionate about what he does and is genuinely interested in the technology and his work . I would happily recommend their services to anyone looking to install solar on the market.

Aaron & Tom arrived on time. Very friendly. Explanation of uploading the app on my phone was great, all worked well. It was a rather hot day & they were still smiling.

The sales and installation team were great to deal with very professional and prompt. The day for installation went off without a hitch the team were great, focused and ver knowledgeable about the product. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering solar panels. I am now looking forward to very low electricity bills thanks DSolar. Sue Creighton

The Solar installation was done by both Aaron and Tom who were professionals, hard-working and courteous. I would definitely recommend DSolar and the above named Technicians who not only did an excellent job but also cleaned up on completion.

DSolar have been great, fabulous communication, delivery on time and great App for monitering energy production. would happily recommend them.
