Great service and communication. Joseph and Jason took time to explain things and cleaned up after themselves. Two different techs on 2 different days, both with great customer service and a sincere interest in helping the customer understand what they were doing and thought needed to be done next.

We have had Duane Blanton come out several times, once for a plumbing issue, and the other times for furnace and air conditioning issues and check ups. Each time, the technicians took pictures and explained fully any problems or potential problems. They are completely reliable and honest. We will not call any other business when we have the need for their areas of expertise.

they did great work but left the old pipes and PVC pipes and parts the the crawl space where they worked. i asked them to come back and clean up and not seen them since. I guess they got paid so too bad.

1.What service! Easy to book on the website. Roberto arrived in the 3 hour window. He got my kitchen drain unclogged quickly and did it with a smile. He was SUPER respectful of the house and was fun to talk with. The price was very reasonable too. I will never hand snake my sink again!!! Thanks!!!
2. Had Juan and Freddie out for a pipe repair. They were good at their job and we even had some laughs. Another good Duane Blanton experience.

Had the sewer line cleaned out again today and after Kile King-Harris got done with that he sent out Christopher N with the camera and checked to see what's going on. After Christopher got done with the camera he took the time and explained what and where my problems were and gave me a couple of options to get things flowing smoothly again!! Thanks Christopher for your help!!

The three guys that came in had a big job furnace and a new air conditioning unit Plus a dehumidifier unit they got it done in a timely fashion and explained every step of the way of what was going on they were very knowledgeable and worked fast Blanton should be lucky to have them thank you for the job well done
