They need more Texas Doctors. The fact that my appointment was scheduled 2 days in a row, and the wanted to reschedule again was insane. I was told that they couldn’t find the doctors. The website states that if I missed an appointment I would have to pay 25 bucks. These should apply for doctors too cause I missed clients trying to cover those appointments. The refund was prompt, but I would have appreciated the appointment more

Last update 3024: They just called! I don’t want to leave a negative review if they fix the issue, which they did. I’ll leave what happened for clarity, but the issue was resolved. It is now 4:12, so about a 45 minute long fiasco. Not the worst. Thanks Duber! 2024 update: I called and texted for a renewal appointment with zero response. I then booked an appointment through their online website, fine, maybe it was my bad for calling and texting, whatever. (Even though they encourage you to do so) They make you pay in advance before you’re even seen, just to get the booking. Fine. My appointment was for 3:30 est. I logged into the video chat at 3:27. It is now 4:00 pm and I have received zero communication. The doctor is nowhere, I’m sitting in an empty call. And they already took my money! For what was supposed to be a 15 minute conversation. I’ve been sitting in an empty chat for half an hour. I guess I will have to do a bank charge back because remember, they took my money in advance! This is awful service. What the heck are yall doing???? 2023 I spoke with Dr.Kramer and they were extremely knowledgeable and kind. It is a relief to be listened to without judgement. I will definitely be returning again and again.
