Update: The comany contacted me after seeing my reviews here. They send me a mop head replacement to my house and gave me a free cleaning session. After the session, they contacted me to edit my review. At least they did a service recovery.
Today my first session was postponed to 2pm from 9am as zin took mc. Aung came. She was rough and unprofessional, mop my floor and keep having the 'bang bang,' sounds and rinse my mop too hard until the cloth teared as seen in picture.

Have tried their services for 2 years. easy to book, affordable for 3 hours of cleaning, especially before CNY or a gathering im hosting for. Helpers' english are limited so have to be patient with them. I personally like that I get to use my own cleaning equipment and solutions but it's taxing to keep explaining to every new helper I get on how to use the equipment.
Would recommend the 3h cleaning since i've recommended it to my friends and family too.

A special shout out to Khai, who handled my customer service enquiry over WhatsApp. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and super friendly. She patiently answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, even texted us after the session to make sure things was all ok—thank you for being so thorough and helpful!
E team, who came for the cleaning, were equally gd. Team were friendly, professional, and didn’t hesitate to help with some extra pillows I asked them to clean.
