When John passed we were looking for something different, something special to remember and honor him. He spent so much of his life on the water that the Neptune Reef Memorial seemed like the perfect solution.

Neptune Memorial Reef has been a meaningful and lasting way to honor my sister. She loved diving and the sea and so this is a unique and fitting place for her ashes to rest. I cannot express how truly caring, gentle and kind the staff have been throughout the process. Michael Tabors explained everything very clearly and went above and beyond to accept Kate's ashes at a time that worked for us. Nikita communicated promptly and kept us well apprised of the process. But the star is Pedro Cintra. He was kind, gentle and respectful of us and handled Kate so reverently it brought tears. We accompanied Pedro and Katherine on the dive boat when he placed Kate's ashes in the reef. My son was able to dive with them and ensure all was well and that she was secure in her forever home. We feel such peace.

This was a most incredible dive site, beautiful visibility and so much life! A very easy dive and so worth the visit. Short trip by boat, we saw a nurse shark, eels and barracuda. What a great way to remember a loved one. A memorial reef indeed, beautiful legacy!

My experience was easy to understand, simple to arrange, and did not take much time

Awesome start to finish. The Neptune Team was outstanding. My husband was a life time scuba diver but so much more. The life story decor they placed on the boat was perfect. The flowers were beautiful. Pedro and Michael were excellent ambassadors for my day journey to scatter my beloved husband’s ashes at the beautiful living reef. Michael, Nikita, and Pedro made this process easy and seem less. It’s never easy to lose a loved one, but I never questioned if this was the right decision. The reef is beautiful. The team at Divers Paradise that manned the boat and got my guests prepared were fabulous. We paid tribute to my husband, snorkeled, had a wonderful lunch with a champagne toast, and said our final farewell to an amazing man on our 3 hour voyage. It was worth every second of our adventure from Houston, Texas. Outstanding!!! Thank you and God bless you all.

This experience was more than I imagined…from the pre-planning stage all the way through the actual memorial.

We had a very memorable and beautiful and touching experience with the dive team. We were allowed a lot of free time to snorkel and watch our installer install Micah‘s plaque on the bottom of the ocean and the sendoff was very eloquent and elegant. There’s no words you can really put to sending your friend to their eternal resting place, but this company and their personalized touch made it feel very real and very supernatural.

Michael , Pedro, and Nikita were so compassionate, kind, and professional for our Micah’s ceremony. He was a true naturalist with a saltwater tank that is now in his friend’s home. We felt truly blessed to let Micah be here for his eternal resting place. We left feeling peaceful and loved. Heartfelt thanks to all those who made the day so special.

Our family’s consolation is that our girl who loved the ocean so much would absolutely have chosen the Neptune Memorial Reef as her eternal home. Pedro and the team made our experience as beautiful and unique as possible, we are forever grateful💕

Neptune Memorial Reef is a very unique dive site, and it has to be one of most beautiful and unique reefs I have heard of in South Florida. It’s a beautiful way to memorialize a loved one in such a peaceful and serene setting. The staff is professional and you can tell they were truly honored to be part of the ceremony.

Neptune Memorial Staff is incredibly easy to work with. Michael Tabers was patient and helpful as he answered my questions, explained the process, and allowed me to come to a decision in my own time. Their service is affordable, environmentally friendly, and a unique way to create a remembrance. Neptune makes everything super easy to follow and has flexible financing options. Memorial arrangements are never easy, whether you are pre-planning or planning at a difficult moment. Neptune makes it a much gentler process all the way around. I highly recommend.

As I haven't died yet, I cannot review the cremation aspect, but purchasing the product was easy and it is a great value. It gives peace of mind and keeps the family from having to arrange and pay for the funeral or cremation. The family will thank you and remember you fondly. So do it now!

Contact, payment, paperwork all very easy online and via email. Only issue is that the site isn't as clear on what is covered and what is not.

The final portion of our estate planning was deciding on cremation or burial. We decided on cremation and reviewed several companies. After talking to Michael Tabers, we decided on Neptune Memorial Reef. Michael was very helpful in fully describing all the services they provide and which ones would be the best for us. We decided on Direct Cremation along with Away From Home Protection Plan since we travel quite a bit.
Thank you Michael for helping with our important final decision and we don't have to worry about it any more.

This was the most honorable ceremony my family could have for our loved ones. Cannot say enough about Pedro and the team. They provided love and support to our family. My deceased husband is resting in peace at the Neptune Reef.
