My wife and I were very fortunate to find Wilmington Landscapes. Our 1st contact was with Megan. She's professional, knowledgeable, and understood our landscaping and partial fence project. Keith and his crew were prompt, accommodating and polite. Although our project was not as major as some of the jobs that I'm sure Wilmington Landscapes takes on, yet, we felt just as important. Thank you to all the employees at Wilmington Landscapes. We very highly recommend them.

Keith and his crew have decorated for us at Megacorp logistics, our tree is gorgeous! His team worked long and hard to meet our deadlines and the decorations are beautiful. They have been wonderful to work with!

We agreed to a contract to install pavers in May. Put down a deposit equal to half of the contract amount and have not been able to get them to do the work. They don't respond to calls and you cannot leave Keith a message because his mailbox is full. They have put us off for the last 6 weeks. Seriously afraid I have been ripped off.
After posting this review I did receive a quick response from the owner. He was very upset with the review and said he was calling to get my correct address so he could refund my deposit, which he did. I now get to start over on this project after 3 months of waiting. I don’t believe they are dishonest or out to get anyone, just really bad at communicating and scheduling.

This business was on hwy210 today hitting cars with rocks. Every bump would cause more rocks to fall out of trailer so no one would try to pass causing traffic. Whoever drives the red truck needs to learn respect!

Hello Justin. That would be me the owner. You must be the guy in the red Dodge pick up truck that was tailgating me. I was intentionally driving at a reduce speed so if another vehicle wanted to pass they could do so more easily. You never did therefore I sped up to the speed limit to put some distance between us.
Interesting that you took the time to leave a negative review but perhaps you could have been more helpful by calling the number on the trailer and informing one what was happening. Meanwhile I would sugget not to follow dump trailers or dumps trucks too closely.

This is the second time we have used Wilmington Landscapes for a sod installation. We were so happy with their work in the front that we hired the company to install a new lawn in our backyard. Again, the work was excellent and done in a timely fashion. Do not hesitate to call on Keith and his staff for your landscaping needs. His work as landscaper in the golf industry has prepared him to get the most from the raw materials. He is not afraid to pitch in and do the work needed to get the best results. He is really hands on. He sets an admirable goal for his staff.

We used Keith Register of Wilmington Landscapes to do a French drain and paver path on our side yard and back yard. Asked for a wood border. Wilmington Landscapes is amazing! Would definitely recommend Keith and his team for all facets of landscaping. They installed sod in my entire yard in an extremely timely manner and it looks fabulous!! Wilmington Landscapes is a very professional company with their lines of communication always open, which leads to excellent customer service!
My lawn is also maintained by them as well as the planting beds and they are always very neatly kept. Keith will always stand behind his work making this company perfect all landscaping needs

we were happy with the outcome. keith and crew are professional and responsive to correcting any issues. he insists that the customer be happy, and takes the steps necessary to make that happen. the job took longer than promised, apparently due to some circumstances beyond his control, however the end product looks very nice.
