This was my first experience with Eastern Shore. They were very professional and well organized. My appointment was confirmed the day before and I received a text when the tech was on the way. The tech did a comprehensive inspection of my heating system and reviewed the results. They quickly sent me a paid invoice after the appointment. I signed up for their Combo Plan service agreement which includes both hearing and cooling.

I never thought replacing a furnace could be so easy! Eastern Shore delivered a quality product in a timely fashion, and at a good price. I can't wait to schedule an air duct cleaning. Highly recommend

I recently used Eastern Shore HVAC for a new furnace/air conditioner. Their staff from the sales team to the installer were nothing short of impeccable. They made me feel comfortable with my purchase and walked me through every step. The installers were on time and respected my home and family! I would 100% recommend them for all your HVAC needs. They are a family oriented business that will check all your needs and concerns!

I have a Raheem that needed a coil replacement under warranty, was told that the part came in & install just needed to be scheduled that was over 1 year ago ! The unit has been on the back burner since. I keep getting the run around & it’s uncalled for & terrible warranty service. I expected better from a company that has more than few years experience. Think 3x before spending your hard earned $ with them.

No idea about their expertese but they wanted $139.00 just to show up to discuss a maintenance contract and possible service... Guess they not interested in a 5-10k maintenance job.

You have probably seen me write about Eastern Shore HVAC before. Let me reiterate that I am a customer. No family relatives in this business. I am not being paid for this review. That I am a fan of Eastern Shore HVAC is an understatement! The office staff is responsive in answering questions, getting back to me if they don't know the answer immediately. They work with my schedule as much as possible in scheduling services. The technicians who come out to the house are clean, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, fair and honest. (By the way, the office staff is up front and honest in pricing, as well!) There is no "hmmm, I wonder...." in the back of my mind about them. In the years since moving to Ocean County, NJ, they have replaced the aging hot water heater, and the heater and air conditioning system, all of which we knew were aging when the house was purchased. Eastern Shore not only was very competitive in the pricing, but helped with all the rebates being offered to make life easier. This time I had a dryer duct that was clogged. Once again, there was no question of where to turn. Eastern Shore HVAC. Ryan was here when he said he would be here. Called me when he was on his way from the call before me. He had the equipment needed to accomplish the job. The feewas extremely reasonable. No, I won't discuss it, because every job is different. Once again, Eastern Shore HVAC came to my rescue! There is no better place for this kind of Service in Ocean County, NJ!

Promp service and curteous tech = repeat customer!!

Install of new furnace and AC unit went very well. Technicians were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. System ran for about 12-18 hours then shut down due to an air lock. Service same night was greatly appreciated. All seems to rectified.

Cody was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and communicative. He explained why we were having our issues and was able to resolve them.

Joseph was great. Explained everything he doing. Best, organized work. Friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend.

From start to finish, staff was responsive, respectful and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. It was a big decision to make and Aran was incredibly patient and thorough with me. Communication was prompt and clear, and maintained throughout the install. Installation was done efficiently and, before we knew it, we had relief from the summer heat. Job well done fellas. Great company, great people. Technician Cody took his time to fix a simple issue that I had with the condensation pump and took his time to listen and figure out the issue!!! Very Happy with the service!!!
