Promp service and curteous tech = repeat customer!!

Install of new furnace and AC unit went very well. Technicians were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. System ran for about 12-18 hours then shut down due to an air lock. Service same night was greatly appreciated. All seems to rectified.

Cody was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and communicative. He explained why we were having our issues and was able to resolve them.

Joseph was great. Explained everything he doing. Best, organized work. Friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend.

From start to finish, staff was responsive, respectful and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. It was a big decision to make and Aran was incredibly patient and thorough with me. Communication was prompt and clear, and maintained throughout the install. Installation was done efficiently and, before we knew it, we had relief from the summer heat. Job well done fellas. Great company, great people. Technician Cody took his time to fix a simple issue that I had with the condensation pump and took his time to listen and figure out the issue!!! Very Happy with the service!!!

I literally spent $140 a 5 min look at my system and never got a follow up on how much it would be to fix it. Literally feel like I got scammed terrible

Steve came for summer maintenance on my condenser and AC system. Really checked the entire AC top to bottom. Will have them back for the winter check.

Hired Eastern Shore to clean ducts and dryer vent and also air-conditioner maintenance service. It was very convenient that I could get both services from one company. Both technicians were prompt and professional.

Eastern Shore has been my go-to for all my HVAC needs. Maybe it's just me but my A/C only breaks down when there is a heatwave (never when it's a comfortable 72 degrees out). It hasn't happened often but when it has, a call to Easter Shore has resulted in them having a technician at my door within 48 hours. That's unheard of service! Best of all, they stayed as long as was necessary to fix the problem; in one instance that was four hours!!! For that, they'll have a loyal customer in me for life.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Our AC went out and within 45 minutes of calling we had someone here to assess. We were told we could get it replaced in a week and in the meantime, they brought window units for each room requested! What other company does that? So yeah I have 5 stars and I’d give more if I could. Fast, courteous and professional all the way around.

What a wonderful experience! The technician was pleasent, courteous and professional!

Called them to get an estimate to replace my central AC system, which is old and in need of updating. Dealt with MaryAnne and Arun, who came out to inspect the system and provide an estimate for an upgrade… Since the system is old and uses R22 Freon, they said they could not do a repair on the existing system but would only replace it with a newer, more modern system. I explained to Arun that I wanted to replace all the ductwork and registers, because the old system was loaded with 50 years of dust. Arun did a thorough inspection of the system and recommended a new system to replace it with. An estimate was sent to me within one day that itemized all charges and listed the replacement equipment that would be installed. This brief “overview” was very helpful and made it easy for me to know how the new system would fit into my budget. I am still deciding if I want to pursue this path, but Arun and Eastern Shore AC have impressed me with their knowledge and their direct, no nonsense approach!

The BEST! Highly recommend this company! The ease of scheduling the appointment to the great technicians (Joseph and Cody) that came out to take care of our issues were above and beyond amazing!

The gentleman that took my phone call in the office was very helpful in getting a technician out to my house on the same day I called and the technician Joseph that came to the house diagnosed the problem quickly, made the necessary repair and had my AC back up and running quickly. I would definitely recommend Eastern Shore if your having problem with your AC
