I cannot say enough nice things about this tech he was the most honest trustworthy person and explained every single thing. I would recommend them to anyone who is nervous about calling an hvac person he explained everything and wasn't looking for a ton of things wrong. Thank you Kyle!!!!! We will sleep very comfy tonight because of you!!!

Recently had both HVAC units replaced. Rob, Brandon and JJ were outstanding. Arrived on time each day, efficient install and cleaned everything up. Great team!! Very responsive and professional. Jesse is great.

The service man was polite, friendly, and professional. He detected the problem in no time.

Very pleased with what I felt was honest service. Jesse was excellent! On another occasion I had an AC "emergency" and Mark was at my house within 20 minutes of my call, and everything was repaired by the next day. Really pleased with this outcome during a hot summer.

AC went out and they were able to get me back up and going asap. Came out during after hours and performed great service. 5/5 definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend this company. Not only do they respond quickly and communicate frequently with updates, but when their technicians arrive they are knowledgeable and very respectful. Easy Air & Heat obviously spend time on finding good employees but also they take the time to train them well.

This experience was far better than the previous company that we used . Mike was great and the overall experience was excellent . We were so impressed that I signed up for the service plan. I look forward to using this company for replacement when I need it Jessie did a great job with my tune up. Although my unit did need some additional work, I felt very confident that the units did need these changes and he was very professional . I’m confident that he did a great job Mark did a great job diagnosing the problem and guiding us through the process of getting a new system.

Nathan is the best! He was on time, knowledgeable, and very respectful. After repairing my sink drain, he cleaned and put everything back in the cabinet where I had it. 5 STARS A1 professional

All went better than well. Mike was very professional and experienced. He explained what he was doing and why. We were very pleased with his service and his friendly demeanor.

Our technician, Mark, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in educating us about our system. The only issue we had, which has nothing to do with Mark, is the price we were charged for a UV light installation in our HVAC. $1,200 seems to be an extremely unrealistic price for a $100 part that only took 15 minutes to install. We feel we were grossly overcharged. We realize that we could have said no and done some research as to what it should cost, but we just moved in, our house is in disarray and we just wanted to get it done. In hindsight we would not have made such a quick decision. We would recommend to everyone to compare prices with other companies before doing anything. We give 5 stars to the technician and 1 star for pricing.

Our upstairs was not cooling, so we called in the evening & Jenny had someone out the next morning. Mark came out & talked to us about everything that was going on through out the process. The heat in our attic was brutal, but Mark got it done and did a fantastic job. We love this company & have always had A+ service.

This was my first time using this company. My AC stopped working on the 12th and it was so hot in my house and so unbearable, I struggled to tolerate the heat because I had no place or family in my area to go stay. After I explained my issue to the guy I spoke to on my original call, he was very understanding of how miserable I was not having any AC in some of the hottest months we've had. I was very happy because he understood my immediate need for service, Easy Air & Heat very swiftly got me scheduled quickly the following Monday 😀. On Monday, I received a call from a technician named Jesse telling me that he was on his way. To my surprise 😮 it was earlier than my scheduled appointment time also. When Jesse arrived, he wasted no time in locating the issues that shut down the AC. Once he located the problems, he walked us step by step through what was happening and what needed to take place to correct the issue. Jesse was unfailingly courteous, friendly, kind & pleasant. We woke up to a hot home on Sunday morning in July. Started making phone calls and Easy Air was able to send someone out within an hour of me calling. Jesse responded to my house and was able to conduct the necessary repairs to get our air going and functioning again. Didn’t have to wait to order parts. Jesse did a great job explaining and showing me the issues with my units.

Kyle was top notch! Very professional and helped me understand all he did as well as explain possible future issues that could arise .

Mark was incredibly professional and easy to deal with - was able to make the bad news of needing 2 new systems less daunting and was extremely knowledgeable. Very happy with our service!
