Made enquiries on 26th Jan and installation done on 27th Jan. Fast and efficient service. Installation was done by Uncle Lee. He did a fantastic job, keeping the area neat and tidy. He also explained patiently and clearly on the instructions. Appreciate the efficient work by Uncle Lee. Overall, I am satisfied and highly recommend their service. The installer Mr Lee was very professional. He wqs very accomodating and explained very terrally all detail and make sure we understand the whole process. The sales person Ms Chan from Woodland was also very professional. Even thou my request was last min she try her very level best to assist and make sure the whole process and appointment schedule goes smoothly. Nathan from Eazea was very professional and was very helpful with how to navigate the digital door lock. Highly recommend.

We had our digital locks fixed by Roy. He was very patient with us and taught us how to use our locks. While installing the locks he was very meticulous in his work. Cleaning up as he went. We faced some technical difficulties with our WiFi as our house was undergoing reno. He even went through the hassle of sharing his hotspot to guide us through the steps. Great job Roy! Very user friendly digital lock. My installer Nathan explain very detail on the usage, batteries and application information.

Bought a Samsung door lock from Denson 3 years ago which unfortunately had a mechanical failure and trapped my family inside the house on a Sunday evening. Contacted Denson to see if he could help, and he replied almost instantly with video instructions on what we could do. When nothing worked, he quickly reached out to a technician and eventually arranged for them to come down with a new lock. The technician, Nathan, was also the best. On top of helping us to replace the lock, he went out of his way to help repair our door which was suffering from some swelling issues due to the recent rainy weather. Impeccable service from them. Highly recommend.
