Keith installed our LVP flooring recently. He is the real deal! Great guy and outstanding work!!

SD Eco Floors just completed our flooring upgrade and it turned out fantastic. This is the second time we have used Keith to update our floorings. He and his team are courteous and conscientious all the time. Your home, it's safety and the quality of his work are his number one goals. Keith delivered on time and did a great job of cleaning up and replacing the room's furniture to their previous locations. We would definitely use Eco Floors for all future flooring.

San Diego Eco Floors is the best! We have used this company to install floors in several phases in our 4,300 sq. foot house. Keith, the owner, is very knowledgeable about flooring options and he saved us from making mistakes in the material that we chose. He will search for the best price for the flooring. The most important part of the job is the leveling and smoothing of the surface. In contrast, the actual laying of the flooring is really the smallest part of the job. Keith and his crew are meticulous in the preparation, and, unlike bigger companies that run several jobs at once, Keith works side by side with his crew and supervises all work to prevent mistakes. Also, Keith is a good guy and very easy to work with. He has a high ethical standard and follows through on promises. His attitude is that if the customer is not satisfied, he is not satisfied. We give Keith and San Diego Eco Floors the highest recommendation and we will certainly be calling him for the floors in the next phase of our complete remodeling.

We just had our floors refinished by Keith and his crew. First of all the crew was excellent and very attentive to our concerns. They came and worked when they said they would, and made sure we were informed as to the process each day. The end result was fabulous, the floors are very beautiful. We had a very small touch up that needed to be made, and they were on it. "We will do whatever you need us to do to make you happy" was the mantra from all who worked at our home. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent experience. Keith is very experienced, knowledgeable, and responsive. I like the fact that this is his own business and he does most of the installing himself. He was easy to contact, gave us a simple/honest estimate, helped us choose a hardwood product that worked for us and gave us the pros and cons of different installation methods. Unlike a lot of companies we looked at, Keith has samples of products he commonly uses and can provide the service of a mobile showroom but was also more than happy to work with another product that we chose from a local distributor. He got the hardwood product we wanted wholesale for approximately 25% less than the local showroom retail price and passed the savings on to us which saved us about $1000 on our project. Keith was prompt in scheduling our installation and made sure that it happened according to our timeline. He was on-time every day and was very organized and clean in his installing which was a big plus for us since we were living in the home while the installation was occurring. Keith seems to run a quality business; he is honest, nice and trustworthy and his employees seem top notch. I am usually very particular about who comes into our home and I always felt comfortable leaving Keith and his assistant Coy with a key to come in and work while we were away. The project was completed ahead of time in 6 business days, 1 day sooner than we had initially estimated. The workmanship was fantastic. We did a glue down hardwood install and the workmanship couldn't be better in my opinion. Keith did a lot of prep work on our floors to ensure a good install. He used an all in one glue/sound barrier to save us money on underlay/cork while giving us a solid/noise reducing result. Our floors look amazing and make our smaller condo look so much larger than before when we had carpets. Keith did a lot of small things along the way that were really nice and show his commitment to his craft; nice looking transitions between rooms and to bathrooms leaving a little extra room for wood expansion at transition points so your floor doesn't buckle later on, making sure the wood planks are laid in an aesthetically pleasing pattern, putting felt pads on all the furniture before putting it back in place so it didn't scratch the new floor, keeping the work areas clean and organized, etc. We were very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend San Diego Eco Floors for other homeowners looking for quality work, a hassle free experience, and an affordable price.
