Even in Winter!!!!! I couldn't believe it!

When I leave a review, I like to stick to the facts and expectations, it's the only way anyone else can relate as each experience can be different based on your needs and expectations but also in terms of how you decide to do business and build a relationship with a company.

I was shopping around and educated myself on the different types of roofs, as this was our first real roof project. I contacted a good 7-8 companies, a mix of referrals and simple google searches. I wanted to redo the roof in spring, knowing my roof needed to be maintained and its life was coming to an end. With our winters and the weather extreme fluctuations, I heard horror stories.

I received multiple quotes for both metal and shingle roofs, and have had very different experiences with each of the companies, some of which were MIA, others that weren't very professional or would not meet with me in person, but then I met with Gordon.

He spent the time with me to explain the product, the process, the team and the approach to metal roofs. We hit it off on the project but also on the human level, he understood our needs and wasn't pushy at all with my timeline. We were both very transparent about the situation and he was extremely supportive.

He was easy to reach and very responsive when i had any questions, to the point where this big scary and expensive project become something very simple, efficient and we found our partner for this project.

Fast forward a few days, agreement signed, I couldn't believe I trusted that this can be done mid winter...well surprise surprise! Gordon's team led by this amazing gentleman Nikita were phenomenal. Courteous, knowledgeable, considerate, respectful and extremely professional, we knew we were in good hands when this 3 day project in the middle of winter started with a successful day 1. They cleared all that snow ( after the recent snow storms) and ice safely and started installing the frames needed + the membrane atop of my existing roof. Day 2 the metal sheets came in and they did over 50% of the house, day 3 was yesterday and well, 100% complete. It looks great and my wife and I are super happy with the entire process and the quality of work.

That's not it, they cleaned up everywhere, did their best to leave the site as they found it. The scrap guy came to pick up everything else this morning and it's like they weren't there at all. Sunday to Tuesday..project done!

Sometimes, you feel like it's too good to be true, but the facts are:
- Had a great initial and continuous interactions and dealings with Gordon. Respectful, no pressure and efficient
- Promised i would get an amazing team which he delivered
- the tight timeline and in winter execution was flawless
-Price and quality of the product is on point
-post project cleanup and careful consideration of our schedules and property was second to none.

Gordon and team, you made this such a weirdly enjoyable experience, I wouldn't hesitate doing business again in the future and referring your services to anyone in the market for a new roof.

Tout simplement wow. J'avais vu les hommes travailler et j'avais été impressionné.
J'ai alors posé des questions aux gestionnaires des condos et j'ai pu entrer en contact avec Gordon.
Il a su me sécuriser par rapport à mes demandes et inquiétudes.
Le travail a été exécuté rapidement et sans faute, je vérifiais constamment.
À la fin, ils ont nettoyé le tour de la maison et en plus l'ensemble des gouttières.
Je n'hésiterais pas a recommander Gordon et son équipe ce que j'ai fais avec mon oncle pour une maison canadienne.

Nous avons fait changer notre toiture ainsi que les fascias, gouttières et soffites par ÉcoMarco Toiture Métal Expert au mois d’août 2024. Nous sommes très satisfaits des travaux qu’ils ont réalisés sur notre maison, ça change complètement le look. Une toiture en acier galvanisé à prix très compétitif, plus cher qu’en bardeaux d’asphalte, mais tranquillité d’esprit incluse.

The Eco Marco Toiture Expert team was very professional, communicated well, answered all my questions and did a very clean job. It was a very pleasant experience and I would 10/10 recommend them. The end result is far more better then I imagined . Very pleased with how it turned out.
