He responded to my inquiry in less than an hour, and proved to be very knowledgeable in employment litigation. Edit: After the initial consult, I paid a $1000 retainer and then decided to self negotiate with my employer. I called and asked for a partial refund because he did not do everything that was supposed to be included in the retainer. When I did not hear back, I emailed. I never received a response. Also, he asked for the first review.

Mr. Eldessouky and his Team are ABSOLUTE BLESSINGS! They truly care about their clients and will go the extreme distance for them. Mr. Eldessouky took my case and went up against a Goliath of a company and WON! It's easy to feel invisible in comparison to an employer that has thousands of employees and serves over 2.8 million people. It is also easy to doubt any positive resolution or vindication to "the little person"-even when that mega-employer has clearly crossed the line multiple times. I walked past my fear and also walked beyond the assumption of that mega-employer, which was to "just accept" what occurred and get on with putting the shattered pieces of my life back together by whatever means I had left. I walked past the fear, the pain, and I made a call that resulted in a resolution that my children and I will forever be grateful and positively impacted by. I honestly only wanted to bring light to the many atrocities occurring and most importantly- I wanted my good name and all of the documented achievements and accolades that I personally built and maintained for the former employer to reflect as I earned and worked so hard to achieve. The mega-employer fought Mr. Eldessouky and his Team by every stretch of the word yet, Mr. Eldessouky stayed the course, and was relentless in ensuring my vindication. It took time, but I knew that no matter how much time had passed, the truth will always and forever be as such-The TRUTH. There were many times when my health didn't allow me to be in contact with their office, yet they continued to pursue my case and fight for me. The many calls received from such AMAZING and CARING people like Mr. David Jimenez, Ms. Ana Jimenez, and Mr. Eldessouky just to check up on me with true interest in my health brings tears to my eyes as I enter this review. Horrible Horrible Horrible attorney office i called their legal assistant to see if she could assist with a potential case, she said I needed to get thru her to get to an attorney I said “ok” I only gave her my name and number and she didn’t ask me any questions about my potential case They said they couldn’t help me since I didn’t live in the state. I live in San Diego, which I even offered to provide my address but I’m in Dallas for business. Didn’t make any sense. I asked to speak with manager since my husband is a lawyer at a bodily injury firm and he is not able to assist me with my potential case. The manager then got on the phone and said “where do you lay your head at night” I said what does that matter?? He said well your not in California. But I told him if need be I can be back at my home next week which is in SAN DIEGO. He said no and hung up on me. Horrible horrible horrible way of talking to someone. My husbands office would never treat someone like that please work on your intake department. They are costing you money instead of making it.

Wasted bunch of time thanks to this law office. They called me twice to get bunch of super detailed info with no attorney client confidentiality and never called me again. I tried to check for updates they said they will call back.. nothing. At Eldessouku Law you will get help if there is no other lucrative person waiting in line. Do not trust
