What a fantastic adventure on 12 January! Cheyenne and the captain were able to find six humpback whales in close proximity of each other. At the end of the adventure, there was just one question - where did three hours go to? I will be back . . . again!

We were very lucky to see two humpback whales during our trip. This was breathtaking. The tour was long enough and Emily provided some very interesting information about the whales and other wildlife in the area. Facilities on the boat were also good with seating and bars when it got a bit too cold. But seeing the beautiful whales was a privilege.

We had such an amazing experience, we saw around 8 humpback whales!! The staff were amazing, kind and informative and seemed genuinely passionate about what they do. Free hot drinks were included and more warm equipment if required, plus the boat had an inside so we could warm up in between whale watching! Thanks so much guys, definitely recommend if you're in the area!!

Booking is recommended in high season. We did it even in early jan, but many free places were available. Une superbe excursion où nous avons vu plusieurs baleines ! Il faisait beau temps avec un vent glacial tout de même en pleine mer. Les explications durant l'excursion sont bien et les indications pour voir les baleines sont claires. Le bateau reste proche des baleines tout en faisant attention à elles. Merci pour cette découverte !

Excellent crew and trip Really good trip! Organised and we saw the northern lights. Our trip was cancelled on the first night due to the weather but booked in for the next evening. I’ve never had an issue with sea sickness and have been on many boats. But ended up being sick which is absolutely nothing to do with the company, but a word of wording in that I have never ever had sea sickness, be prepared!

Only lights on this tour are shining on poor value accompanied by bad customer service. Very disappointed with overall experience. The weather was awful and all-day long people (our guide on another tour) told us it was not going to be likely that we would see any Northern Lights! We checked twice with company, and they said, "it looks good" and they were optimistic. I believe they should have offered a refund!! So, we piled onto a crowded old boat where the tour guide pointed out Mars (!) and a few whales in the distance and in the dark. They could have offered free hot chocolate but instead charged a lot for what we drank. When we returned, they offered us vouchers and when we told them we were leaving the next day they were dismissive and rude and said why don't you extend your trip! VERY disappointed with this tour. Poor value accentuated by NO customer service. Not a great reflection of Iceland. A tourist trap for $100 a person!

Uma experiência incrível Foi uma experiência incrível e Jacob nosso guia foi realmente apaixonado pelas baleias, o que foi ótimo! Tivemos sorte de ver três tipos de baleias! Se você tiver tempo para fazer um passeio de observação de baleias em Akureyri eu recomendo este como é apenas um pequeno grupo de pessoas e você fica muito mais perto dos animais do que com os grandes barcos! Nós certamente voltaremos! < 3
