We had Electrical and Gas care come out and fix our range cooker. They got the gas hobs working and fixed a control know which was broken inside. Unfortunately they were sent the wrong part so had to correct their suppliers mistake and wait for a new part but that was not this companies fault. They were very professional and friendly. They kept us informed of when they were coming out and updated us regularly with times and dates. They were also punctual. We are really pleased with the repair they undertook. I would definetly use them again. Thanks guys.

Brilliant service by ECG. Went out of their way to complete a job that was past over to them from hotpoint. The engineer was very polite and helpful. Would 100% recommend them and would definitely use them for other repairs.

The company kept in touch by texting which was really helpful and really unusual in this day and age. The engineer did what he could to get the drier working ,which he did, but I'm now waiting for a new part.Which they will fix when it arrives. Receptionist on the phone was helpful.

It's been over a fortnight since a washing machine broke, and it's still not estimated it will be fixed for another week or so by this company. There is never a definitive answer when I ring to ask, all I receive is 'waiting for an update'. Wouldn't recommend under any circumstances. Appalling service
