For around14 years i have known, worked along side and had the Excel Electrical team work on my house and for some of my customers and they have always been brilliant. Communication is great, standard of work is great, the staff are fantastic. They are undoubtedly the best team of tradesmen i have met in my 20 years of being in business myself.

Just used Excel for the second time, for some small electrical jobs around the house. On both occasions the operatives have been on time, efficient, tidy, professional, and have completed the work to a great standard, and for a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend them.

Went above and beyond.
This was a fairly simple repair - 4 years ago, I put a nail through a mains cable that only caused a problem when I tried to take the nail out.
I think that Matt was the team member who dealt with the repair. What impressed me was that he tried several ways to make the repair as neat as possible, and then plastered over the hole in the wall that I made identifying the problem in the first place. In the end, the repair was invisible and good value.

We required a solar meter replaced and Excel were contacted and we immediately received a quote and they agreed to fit it as soon as the meter was received from the suppliers. Everything was completed within one week and my solar panels output was immediately being shown.
No money was required upfront but after the work was complete together with additional work at my MILs bungalow the invoice was emailed to me and paid immediately.
Now that is what I call five star service done by friendly workers.

Had my fan installed in October 2023 this fan has gone wrong this is through supreme bathroom for the bathroom installation this fan has a 12-month cover between the both of these companies they don’t want to replace the fan. I had to replace this fan with our money.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you are disappointed with the service that has been provided. Having investigated the issue you have raised, it appears that we did come out to your property when contacted by yourself to identify the fault of the fan. We were unable to repair the fan as it was found to be faulty and we confirmed a replacement would be required. Unfortunately, as you did not purchase the fan from ourselves directly but as part of your bathroom purchase, we were unable to offer a replacement free of charge & confirmed this had to be arranged with your bathroom supplier.

A situation arose which needed a quick response to fit a new double switch in the wall which Excel were able to view, estimate and carry out the work within a couple of days. The work was excellently carried out with no mess; and the finished switch and wiring neat and tidy
