Very professional service! Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish, Joe personally set everything up for me and helped me every step of the way, also recieved a follow up call to make sure I was happy with everything. Now I have a professional phone system which means I no longer miss any potential customers and also have a separate personal number all on my one device. We reached out to Elevate as we were having issues with our Microsoft 365 account, they have been really helpful in advising us on the right licensing to suit our business and were able to resolve our issues and have our new licensing in place within 24 hours! Absolute first class service from the guys at Elevate Cloud!! After receiving shocking service from a very well known ‘national’ supplier who sold us an overly complicated, overpriced con….. Joe and his team have been brilliant!! They dealt with the whole transfer process for us, were able to provide all the equipment and arrange call porting effortlessly with no interruption to day to day operation. Our company changed phones and phone lines. On day one of the network transferring over there was a few technical problems. Having had a few video calls with Joe and Alex in the morning, Alex popped out the same day and corrected the issue in a short space of time. Alex attended our office and was very friendly and professional. He managed to get to the bottom of our problem and also took the time to dicuss new functions that we did not know how to use. Thank you Alex, you are a life saver! Joe followed up the visit ensuring everything was in working order! Excellent service received by both and we would not hesitate to contact them both again! Elevate got us switched over and up and running in no time at all. The support is fantastic, one call and this are sorted straight away rather than being passed from pillar to post.
