We recently had the pleasure of working with Mazin & Karl from Elite for our basement project, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They transformed my unfinished basement into a beautifully functional space, including a laundry room, bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with ample storage. From start to finish, Mazin & Karl demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. The new laundry room is not only stylish but incredibly efficient, while the bedroom has become a cozy and inviting retreat. The bathroom is particularly impressive, with large shower and custom glass. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and there were always responsive to any questions or concerns. What can I say about Elite? Two words come to mind: Book Them! Honestly, I appreciate booking someone to do work on your house is a big, often risky decision. Elite gave us the best quote, a realistic time frame, which they met, and were an absolute joy to work with. Not only do they know their stuff, they work alongside some of the best specialists in the area, their focus on the job is singular, and they actively tried to save us money by walking us through our options. We got Elite to turn our 1.5 bungalow into a full two storey house and the quality of the work is outstanding. Mazin and Karl were in constant contact with us (we miss our daily messages with them now that the project is done!) and we could ask them anything about the job without worrying about anything. They’re dependable, professional, hilarious, and skilled through and through. We have a young child, so we were concerned a big renovation would be a problem, but they worked with us and our concerns to ensure we could stay comfortably in the house throughout the project without the noise or dust infringing on our family routine. We still can’t believe how beautiful the space they’ve made for us is, and we’re excited to book Elite for our next project. Couldn’t recommend them more. Book them!

Hired Elite Building when our contractor decided to move out of our area. All the subcontractors were top notch. When an unexpected problem came up the crew worked diligently to fix it so we would not experience any further issues. Made sure all concerns were taken care of that the city building inspector requested. Karl had some great alternate ideas that we hadn't thought of.

I cannot say enough about the Elite team and the great work they did. They took over on our basement Reno when we had issues with other groups. They had the right teams hired for each job (electric, plumbing, drywall) and the work done was prompt and on time. They are relentless when it comes to communication over certain issues. Thanks Mazin and Karl and all guys involved!

Contacted Elite Building & Construction Management to inspect an area of a house we purchased. We had a home inspection done and needed an area of potential concern looked into further. They were very helpful and were able to go by on short notice to look at the areas. I will be contacting them and using them for any future projects I will need help with.

I hired Elite to add a basement apartment to a project I was working on. The workmanship was solid, Mazin and Karl were easy to communicate with, and the project was completed pretty close to our initial timeline. I landed a bit over budget, but this came largely from a few unexpected issues with the house itself. The project was a big lift. They fixed structural repairs, added total new kitchen, bathroom, electrical, etc. and I gotta say it looks outstanding! Big glass shower, electric fireplace mantle, bright white kitchen with stone counters. You won’t be disappointed with the end product by hiring this group.

My friend referred me to Mazin as he had some work done by Elite Building Management. I was really worried about this whole project but Mazin made it easy-breezy, was always on time, always got back to me promptly, gave me a lot of advises and everything worked out perfect! Love my new kitchen, floors and the lights, can't thank you enough!!
