Everyone at Elium Health has been incredibly helpful! Heather has been most impressive and knowledgeable with diagnosing and partnering with us to help our daughter. We appreciate everything that they have done and continue to do. For the longest time we felt lost, with no help or guidance but we now feel like we have someone to partner with us and help with our daughter’s issues. We’re very grateful!

Crisis Mode
I came to this practice because I was in a crisis mode and my current Psychiatrist was not responding to me at all. I was recommended to Elium Health by the Crisis Center and I cannot thank them enough for this referral! The atmosphere when you walk into Elium Health is so warm and welcoming and then we met with Heather Bisca... I cannot say enough positive things about our interaction with Heather that day and the days to follow as well for she actually followed up to make sure all was ok and gave me her direct # if she was needed over the weekend! WOW ... She was so knowledgeable about the different RX's and knew exactly what my immediate needs were and how to get me out of crisis mode and even spoke of the plan to my path for the future...If I could give Heather 10 stars I would! She is a true asset to this practice!

Heather Bisca is the best PMHNP-BC and Therapist that I have encountered in my 17 years of fighting and managing and understanding my disorder.
Depression and Anxiety is invisble and far worse than having a broken arm or leg because everyone in public and even your own family can see that and know it will get better.
Not many people that have not experienced crippling depression or breath taking anxiety understand how hard it is to manage and battle.
Heather knows.
She is kind, supportive, non judgemental, a great listener, and really cares about her patients.
I'm extremely thankful to have connected with her.
I could not have got better and stayed better without her help.
5 Stars all aroung and Elium Health should be happy to have her on their team.

I have been coming to Elium for services since July after years of disillusionment with other mental health providers. Every interaction has been a positive one; Kristen is always warm and welcoming while also being completely professional. Heather always listens carefully to my input and adjusts accordingly as we work together to find the best solution unique to my situation. If I have to reach out between appointments, the response is timely and respectful. I highly recommend this practice.

If you’re coming here for an ADHD assessment, just know that it is not at all comprehensive. Their diagnosis is based on a 20 minute TOVA test, and a few other brief screenings for depression, anxiety and PTSD that they have you fill out before coming in. The in-person evaluation lasted about 5 minutes. After that I was told they couldn’t diagnose me and that I might just have social anxiety. Any concerns I expressed after that were completely dismissed.
I’m glad to see that others got the help they needed here, but wanted to give a heads up for people looking for more comprehensive testing. I was able to fight to get a refund and I hope this review can save others from investing the time, money and emotions on an incomplete assessment.

The doctors here are incompetent. My mother-in-law came here after other doctors were unable to help her get on the right medications for her schizophrenia after 3 years. There are only 2 doctors here that they claim are able to treat her. One doctor gave her attitude during the appointment and the other said she isn't comfortable treating her anymore because of the medication she is already on(which she knew she was on when she took her as a patient). They are unwilling to help her and told her she should go somewhere else, after they already gladly took her money for 5 appointments. We came here because there isn't anywhere else to go. Appointments are booked out a year for new patients, if they even take your insurance. Now she's left stranded and mentally ill.

I was at my wits end. I did not know where to get my son the help he needed. Every place we went either had no time to schedule him, or they just brushed him off! He had a pamphlet from the hospital he went to, which told him to go home he was fine. He called that morning, the receptionist was excellent and caring, she scheduled us that day! The care and guidance we received was excellent! He went to a treatment center, and while he was there Elium staff kept in contact with me asking how he was doing! No one does that, that’s when I knew they cared and this was the best place for his follow up care. I highly recommend them for parents who don’t know what to do. Thank you Elium for helping me get my child back!

Receptionist not able to accurately schedule my appointments. Missy the therapist interupted me talking so much, she was trying to have a friendly conversation while i was trying to discuss my issues. Rude staff only wants your money and is incredibly unprofessional and Rude.

This office is really nice and all of the staff has been more than helpful. They are available after hours if I need anything and are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. If you need therapy or psych services, I highly recommend Elium!

Kicked me to the curb because i’m trying to work through SAD (Substance Abuse Disorder). Gave me one last prescription for a controlled substance and then told to leave. In no way shape or form is this exceptable. Think twice before coming here they only make things more difficult. Never wanted to refill medication, no in call staff available. Clerically, mentally, and physically a drain. Thanks for nothing. Just withdrawal off your medicine and leave kind of place. Would not recommend

This place is a great, Dr Matthew Simmons, and the Nurse Practitioner Joyce Yablunsky are very knowledgeable, I highly recommend Elian Health.

Horrible experience. I kept waiting for medication (over two months) and they told me my insurance was not approving it when the whole time they had never even submitted any paperwork while lying to my face. Highly unprofessional.
