Boyang and Lisa are great people and helped me out alot with getting a new car and makeing the experience as good as the cold the reimbursed me for my first oil change and fluid change in the front and rear transfer case also changed the windshield and tail light that was cracked also got sum dvd players for my kids. boyang made it super easy by responding to all my questions and helpful with getting everything i asked for i can not thank him enough for the experience. Definitely the guy to go to for a new car

I am over impressed about the amazing service I received from Jordon the finance manager and Jacob the sales man and the Owner Lisa:) At Elm Auto:) They worked very hard for me this last week to find the perfect vehicle which is a 2022 Honda CR-V as those are hard to find! They were so kind and patient and understanding:) as I wasn't approved at a dealership and really needed a good reliable vehicle as I bought one private sale a year ago and it caught on fire! 2007 MERCEDES SUV! I got better service with this company and less Hassel then a dealership:) I'm so very excited to drive a safer better vehicle:) Thank you so much all your amazing team! Thank you to Jacob & the elm auto team for getting me into a 2023 Hyundai venue. It was the most stress free experience I've had in a long time.
