Right when they came in, the male had an attitude (in my oppinion) and said they weren't going to be able to finish unless we helped them. They missed the doors, didn't want to sweep the front walkway or the back patio, and the carpet was vacumed but poorly, there is stuff all over the carpet. Missed wipping down the cabinets and side of the refrigerator, didn't completely wipe off the front of the refrigerator. Refused to wipe any walls. It's definitely better than before, but all in all, poor quality. I wouldn't recommend.

eMaids did a great job cleaning my 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo to get it ready to rent out. Work was done to a high standard and the maids were very nice. I would use this service again and would recommend to others.

After using this company for about two years and having MANY issues (cleaners showing up who didn’t know how to actually professionally clean a home) no shows, damage done to my home, items BROKEN, the ABSOLUTE final straw was today. The “housecleaner” showed up AN HOUR LATE, took two hours to “clean” the kitchen but failed to clean the microwave, didn’t clean half the kitchen counters, didn’t clean the floor, didn’t take out trash. She didn’t clean half the rooms in my house and then abruptly said she needed to pick her son up from childcare. (So out of 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms, only HALF were cleaned) I said I absolutely understood and that I’d need a housecleaner to come and finish the job since it was only half done. She said the company would call me. After many back and forth with the company wanting to offer $15 off for $150 job, they just sent an email letting me know that they’d give me a partial refund but was ending our relationship and would no longer clean my house. Wow! What terrible customer service. Consumer beware of this company!

I've been using EMAIDS for years. Service has gotten worse and worse slowly. The maids do a great job. But I've had three scheduling errors now, they have not been consistent on calling me back when they say they will or communicating to the team any relevant information, even when I ask them to. Unfortunately I will be looking for a new company.

I would not recommend using their service for a deep clean/moving cleaning. They left so many things in the house completely untouched and not totally clean. The only thing that was truly clean was the inside of the fridge. After many phone calls and pictures showing the mess left over, I finally got back 50% of the fee. I would have been better off paying a babysitter to watch my toddler and cleaning everything myself.
