We had the most wonderful day in Panama City with Bill, who is an excellent tour guide! We were picked up from the cruise port and delivered safely back after exploring the history and development of this vibrant city. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful Panamanian lunch and the way Bill took account of our interests and needs.
All communication was great ( thank you Raissa) and I have no hesitation in recommending this tour to those who wish to explore the various aspects of Panama City.

This was the best part of our trip! We were able to take all 21 of us, drive us from our hotel to the waterfall and we were able to repel down the waterfall.

We did a private tour to a secluded island and it was great! The tour guide had everything ready for us including some snacks. He helped us order lunch to be delivered to us while we were on the island. The tour also included a beautiful scenic boat ride through mangroves and a monkey encounter where we got to feed a wild monkey! It was definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity and I would recommend this tour agency to anyone visiting Panama.

We booked the Zipline and Sloth Sanctuary Tour with Embera Tours and we were not disappointed! Bill, our tour guide, was extremely kind and shared his vast knowledge of Gamboa and the Panama Canal. 10/10 would recommend!

If you are planning a trip to Panama, I highly recommend having Bill Guía as your tour guide. Bill is incredibly knowledgeable about Panamanian history and culture. He has a strong grasp on English making it very easy for us to communicate. The most impressive thing about Bill is his friendly, positive attitude! He is genuinely one of the coolest, most friendly, and kind people I have ever met. The two days I spent with Bill exploring the Panama Canal, Panama City, and the Gamboa Rainforest are absolutely unforgettable. In addition to being an amazing tour guide, I gained a new friend in Bill. I will definitely reach out to him before my next trip to the beautiful, wonderful country of Panama!
