We’ve had several big security providers over the years and have been with EMC for almost four years. They are by far the most reasonably priced with the best customer service. An old window that needed to be replaced caused an issue with a sensor that they replaced right away. There’s always a live person answering calls. I’d recommend them over any other company.

Billy our tech was amazing as well as detailed and super helpful!!!
So helpful we purchased a camera doorbell
and 2 outside cameras He will be back next week to install them!!!

Stephen was very helpful, knowledgeable and solved our issues with the new door sensors. I also had a new EMC battery I ordered a few months ago so he installed and reprogrammed the system with the new areas to monitor. Showed me what he did and explained everything he had done.
I like this type of service. On time and answered all our questions.

Craig was awesome! He explained what was going on that caused my issue and told me how he would solve the problem. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. He made sure that everything was in working order before he left!!!! EMC is the best!
