Service was fast and they seemed friendly, however both times visited… had to call back and get them to send the meds to the pharmacy. Both times the provider/staff forgot to send meds in. Literally coughing up our lungs and sick and don’t need the extra work and stress on their lack of follow through.

I was seen promptly and treated politely and professionally by the staff. The NP was spot on in attitude and knowledge as well. 10 minutes from my office…I think I found a new place to go!

I have visited eminence multiple times this year for the same issue. They have treated me with consistency and with a level of care that has left me feeling seen and like I’m actually being taken care of. I cannot say enough good things, truly.
I think the fact that multiple negative reviews on afc’s page are telling people to come to eminence instead, mine included, is extremely indicative of the type of care they provide compared to their competitors and in general. I will never go anywhere else, urgent care wise.

I have used Eminence Urgent Care in Pelham several times since opening and I am very impressed and happy with the Pelham
Location staff, Nurses and Doctors.
I highly recommend Dr. Lauren Smith as well as the tech, Destiny, they are both very friendly and very attentive and have met all my needs every time I have ever been to the Pelham location and seen both of them.
I have recommended Eminence Urgent Care in Pelham to my family and friends.

My family was on vacation at Lay Lake when my 18 month old started having trouble breathing and could not break a high fever. We brought her here since it was the closest place to us. The facility was very clean (the receptionist used clorox wipes to wipe all services at least twice while we were there). We waited less than 20 minutes to be seen. Everyone was friendly and patient with our sick 18 month old and 3 year old who was tagging along. The nurse practitioner listened, took her time and explained herself thoroughly. She was also very honest and direct when she suggested we take her to the ER within a couple hours of leaving. She helped us make a plan of action and feel at ease with our decisions.

Walk into the clinic with a laceration a few months ago. Just writing the review. I was immediately taking back into an exam room. All of the staff were so nice. I do not recall the female NP’s name but she was a delight. We chatted while she placed stitchs into my finger. I’ve bad several bad experiences with walk in clinics in this area. This one is TOP NOTCH! Highly recommend.

Lord I just love that place they are actually better than my primary care doctor sad to say I would like to go here than my own doctor. They are so patient and resolve my issues immediately. The wait time is a A+.
