A very passive aggressive Dr Ezeilo strolled into our room a whole hour after our scheduled appointment today. Not only was she rude, but she didn’t have the tools to check my son’s nose, which was the reason for our visit. Instead, she chose to clean out his ears (and charge us $115 for doing that). Had she told me it would’ve cost that much prior to doing it, I would’ve declined. Checking out with the front desk wasn’t any better. The girl helping us was guessing what she should charge me and copped an attitude when I asked for a supervisor. Needless to say, we won’t be back here… and for anyone wondering, our “new patient fee” was $325.

I was pretty disappointed with the office. I sat out front before being called back to see the Dr for at least 30/45 min. Then in the back at least 10 min before a room was ready then 30/45 minutes before a Dr came in. I was pretty upset at this time. I didn't think she was very friendly especially to a new patient who was thinking whether she wanted to make this her eye, nose and throat Dr. Seemed very unprofessional.

Absolutely awful experience! Dr Diane and nursing staff were sweet and wonderful bedside manner, BUT the office staff and billing....I have never experience such a lack of transparency and challenges with billing!

RUN DONT WALK AWAY!!!!!!! MY WIFE WAS CHARGED 300$ FOR NEW PATIENT FEE WITHOUT BEING TOLD AND THE BILL FOR 1ST VISIT NO WORK DONE WAS $810.52 AFTER OUR INSURANCE HIT ITS MAX. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! ABSOLUTELY DISGUISTED WITH HOW MY WIFE WAS TREATED AND WITH 3 BOYS UNDER 6 YEARS OLD AND SHE HAD TO TAKE ALL THEM WITH HER SHAME ON YALL FOR TREATING AND CHARGING MY WIFE LIKE THIS! SHAME ON YALL!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

DR. EZEILO IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had a rare mass in my throat and she explained absolutely everything and answered every single question I had. She didn’t get annoyed or rush me. My surgery was a bit tricky and she executed it flawlessly. I had an issue with my incision after surgery, it was not her fault at all - my body rejects internal stitches all of the time, and she handled it with so much care and attention. After my post op appointment I was sad that I wouldn’t be seeing her anytime soon. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! I would refer any of my family and friends to her because of the exceptional care and experience. All of the nurses are so nice and the woman at the front desk is so great and helpful! The surgery coordinator was so easy to work with too.

I’m so happy with the ENT office in Canton, Riverstone Pkwy. I see Diane Williams for my sinus and allergy issues, both are chronic. Diane, Sabrina, Lexie, Andra, Ruthie & Noah are super nice & through. Whether they are assisting Diane in the patient room or giving me my weekly allergy shot, it’s always a good experience. The girls at the front desk are wonderful, checking me in and out of my appointments. The office is always lively & upbeat. I am grateful for the good care I receive each time I go to the office.
I went to a couple other Allergy doctor's prior to coming to ENT Canton & was unhappy with both

I wasn’t happy with the way the audiologist recorded my results. It was like chicken writing. No way to read of what he had put on the paper or understand.

Very disappointed with both of my visits here.
I had a pulsing in my ear and the NP suggested that I treat it with acid reflux medication even though I told her that I didn't have problems with that.
I did my own research and found what I believe was causing the issue and the NP acted like she never heard of it. I could also tell that she was trying to get me in and out as soon as possible.
I paid $400 for treatment of acid reflux that I never had.
