El hotel más completo de Tromso en mi opinión, principalmente por tener recepcionista hispanoparlante. También los otros recepcionistas fueron muy amables y serviciales. Estuve alojado entre los días 27 a 31 de agosto de 2024 y me encantó. Ojalá pueda volver a Tromso durante una larga temporada y al principio de los veranos. También tiene un precio asequible y habitaciones muy bonitas

Location is absolutely fantastic!
Breakfast is absolutely delightful
BUT apartment units do not come with lifts
Collection of keys and reception is not 24 hours.
Hot water in winter can be a big problem

Vale pela localização, próximo à estação de onde saem a maioria dos passeios e do centro. O quarto não é muito espaçoso, assim como o banheiro, mas é confortável e aquecido. Café da manhã bem servido e recepção atenciosa.

Nice hotel at excellent location in the centre of Tromsø. The breakfast buffet gives a nice start of the day. Rooms are on the small side but otherwise comfortable.

We booked hotel for 3 nights via agoda and already paid, then our flights got cancelled. We can’t make the 1st night. We’ve already informed the property, they told us it’s OK, yet when we arrived at 2nd day, we can’t get in, because they called no show. It’s 4 of us traveling.
What’s the point of reconfirmed then? What’s the point it’s Ok then?
We are traveling far from Jakarta to Norway, really disappointed. We do not recommend this Enter Hotel for your stay, especially if the weather its not in best condition. We experienced 2 flights cancelled due to the weather. The hotel do not maintain the flexibility for traveller.

☺ Location: Small hotel but great location situated right in the middle of Tromso city.
Food: Simple buffet breakfast, free Cake in the afternoon and free pancake in the evening. Can make hot drinks at the cafe.
Service: Although they don't have 24 hr manning at reception but all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Wiling to spend time answering our questions.
☹ Family room is abit small. Struggle to fit 4 medium size luggages.
2 bunk bed and 2 x single bed combine into double bed.
Don't have 24 hours reception manning. Have to proceed to nearby sister hotel for check in and retrieve room key after 11pm.

I recommend this small and sweet hotel.
☺ Prime location.
Breakfast was really good.
Coffee, light snacks and waffles available in the dining area for free.
Staff was courteous, polite and helpful.
Room was not that spacious but comfortable enough and clean.
Bus stop was right in front of the property.
Some reviews were about loud and annoying seagulls, we thankfully didn't experience anything like that.
☹ Bathroom was small.

☹2 Einzelbetten die zusammengeschoben wurde und immer wieder auseinander gingen. Zimmerservice nur einmal in 7 Tagen! Frische Handtücher fast jeden Tag! Das lässt zu wünschen übrig! Frühstück war in Ordnung. Allerdings wurden die Frühstückszeiten fürs Wochenende ohne vorherige Ankündigung einfach um eine Stunde verkürzt! Freundliches Personal!

Regarding the cleaning, we do provide light cleaning on a daily basis, with deep cleaning scheduled every 4 days during extended stays. We regret that this caused any issues for you.
As for the breakfast hours, we have not shortened the service on weekends. Instead, we adjusted the breakfast schedule for the winter season, and it is now served daily from 07:00 to 10:00.

We absolutely loved Tromso - so beautiful and magical
☺ The staff were all very nice and helpful - the reception staff were friendly and approachable, helped us with a few queries we had about the local area
The hotel is also in such a great location! Nothing was too far to get to by foot

Kiváló helyen lévő, ár-érték arányban is nagyszerű szálloda
☺Kiváló helyen van. Busszal tíz perc a repülőtér, és minden pár percre van tőle. Gyakorlatilag belváros, bár ez egy kisváros.
☹Talán picit régebbi stílusú a fürdőszoba, de ár-érték arányban jó volt.
