☹ Very loud rock band playing nearby late into night. Couldn’t escape the noise and then loud cars and motorcycles followed after that. Surprised that the city would allow this level of volume in a performer in such a small area.

Séjour à Tromsoe très satisfaisant, j’ai zimé la ville et les personnes rencontrées. Je déconseille cette chaîne Enter H
☺Rien . Vue sur une cour sale et encombrée de matériaux divers . Vue sur des fenêtres d’habitations, hôtels?, obligeant à toujours tirer les rideaux . Pas de tapis de bain, linge de qualité très usé, pas changé. Pas de torchon à la cuisine. Linge mouillé laisse au sol pas changé. Trois nuits, pas une fois lit refait…….
☹Voir au dessus.
Dommage de passer 4jours et 3 nuits avec cette vue sur Tromsoe !!!!! À ce prix ? Pourquoi ne pas faire de cette chambre appartement une chambre soldée !

Unfortunately, making the reservation right in the heart of the city, you can't expect a beautiful view, there are buildings around since we are located on the main street in Tromsø. At the reception, you admitted that you didn't read what you were booking and made a mistake yourself so your review is very unfair, we shouldn't be responsible for you not reading the description when you make reservations at the hotels. Excellent location, wonderful staff.
☺ Excellent location - with most major sites a short walk away. Bus stops, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, the library - everything was just around the corner. We had requested for an early check in and they not only managed that for us, but also upgraded our room! There was a laundry room in the basement which was great since we were on a long trip. Overall we were very happy with both room and service.
☹ Ours was an apartment room, ie with a kitchen etc and there were some minor issues with cleanliness of the kitchen items. Think the previous guests didn’t clean properly and it got overlooked during the room turnover.

Good Value at excellent location near center of the town the
Good value; location is center of the town, very courteous staff. Staff took time to advise important attractions and the most economical way to obtain entrance. They also took time to advise future visits to view Northern Lights. TROMSØ is one of famous places in Norway to view them.
