Not sure if the doctor was incompetent or just like to take advantage of people financially... but led me to believe I had a life altering medical issue with 2 months of back and forth and multiple appointments and tests that were completely unnecessary, costing thousands to just be told I'm fine in a dismissive 2 minute in person consult (which also cost me a few hundred to sit in). Save yourself the stress and financial debt, get a referral somewhere else.

After 2 days in urgent care with excruciating pain, I finally came to Northside ENT. I cried when I left out of relief. Dr. Won listened to me very well and knew exactly what to do (ear sponge/wick). I went from steroids barely able to manage my pain to tylenol working again! Im SO relieved and grateful. Thank you Northside!

They have not collected their mail since May.

They charged us thousands of dollars up front for medication that they have refused to dispense. A complete ripoff, not to be trusted at all.

I could never get through! Each time I pressed a number, the same automated message started playing over and over again. Horrible!

Dr. Carothers was amazing, his excellent bedside manner made me feel confident in my treatment options.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Dr. Carothers was great from my Initial appointment, and he did a great job. I can feel the improvements in my breathing already.

Dr. Carothers was rude, aggressive, and inflicted pain on me for no reason after I asked a simple question about my health during a post-op visit. I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars out of pocket here, yet I was treated like a nuisance. It is obvious that he did not care about my comfort as a patient. Such behavior is atrocious and unacceptable.

I wasn’t the happiest with Dr Alvarez’s bedside manner. He was always interrupting me when I was speaking. He seemed very impatient. Day of surgery, both anesthesiologist and nurse had me confused with someone else for a good 10-15 min. Even talking to me about getting the procedure for other patient. The nurse was highly unprofessional. She said she was hiding in our room because the doctor was mad at her about the mix up and going on and on about how she felt uncomfortable. At my final post-op, I let Dr Alvarez know there was a spot of bone or cartilage sticking out that was still there and very sensitive (still is)… his only response was “well, I didn’t do that” and that was

My experience at the Ear, Nose & Throat Institute was exceptionally positive. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, making my visit both pleasant and reassuring. The staff was attentive and considerate, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed throughout. The facilities were impeccably clean, reflecting their commitment to professionalism and hygiene. Most importantly, the care I received significantly aided my recovery. I highly recommend this institute to anyone seeking specialized ENT care

Dr. Carothers is amazing! From our first video appointment to follow up appointments, he explained everything, made sure I understood the process and answered all my questions. The procedure was pain free and only needed a couple of days of pain meds. I was scheduled for an appointment the day after surgery to follow-up and make sure everything was okay. Such a great idea. No wondering if everything is okay. They had told me I would probably want to take it slow that first week which I did. Six days after the surgery the stints came out and I began to really feel the difference in my breathing. I had an additional situation they found during the surgery so I was unable to blow my nose. Once that healed, I was a new person!! I had heard horror stories about sinus surgeries and was a little scared but Dr. Carothers has a magic touch. His staff is very easy to work with, always polite and helpful. I highly recommend the Ear, Nose & Throat Institute!! I am so glad I didn't put this surgery off and greatly appreciate his talents. I had no idea breathing could be so easy!!

Very difficult trying to get a surgery scheduled. Otherwise no issues

The most two faced doctor office I have been to. Paid my copay to a machine with no receptionist. Get called in and have a few minor evaluations and they just said take some allergy medicine and come for a follow up in two weeks. Right before my follow-up BAM!! I get a $180 bill for my endoscopy. No I didn’t say I approve this charge. No I was never told this would be extra. I called their billing department and left a voicemail and never heard back. Stay far away if you want to be treated with respect. This is why medicine and doctors have such a bad reputation. I have insurance and this place makes me want to avoid going to the doctors. Didn’t even see a real doctor and just saw this PA Sajani Patel.
