Giving two stars because it isn't the product it's simply the DELIVERY process that gives me a headache. I've ordered from these guys 4 times now. My first time ever ordering I ordered a sample and few grams of flower. It took 2 ! Almost 3 weeks to get from me. Didn't stress about it because I was my first time ordering and was trying to see if they were legit. And it was great product. The second and 3 time I ordered it took 4 days for them to drop the item off for shipment and luckily I got my package two days after. This time I ordered the same time frame the 3rd of the month like the previous times and my order still hasn't been received by usps and I needed by the Friday coming up for my spouses birthday. I am not satisfied with the delivery time. I have ordered things from china that has gotten to me in 3 days top. The consumers (myself) are not satisfied with delivery !! I've referred friends and they have told me the same . They've waited weeks for their order. I will call the office today to see what they say 😒Could we please do better with delivery 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒 I will come back with a better review if I ever receive what I ordered !

The product is fine but if you insist on ordering from here make sure you place your order at least a month in advance if not earlier. 2 out of 3 orders I’ve placed here have taken a month(maybe longer, I’m still waiting for an order) and I’m constantly told my order will be shipping out “this week” but it never does. The communication is hit or miss, you may get a response, may not. I’m also constantly told I’ll get an update on a certain day and then I never do. Ordering with this company is an extremely frustrating process. Not sure what the problem is but there’s definitely some sort of struggle on their end. I never write reviews but people should know what to expect when ordering with them.

If you do actually receive your order it will be very late and won’t be what you ordered. BEWARE!!!

It's been 2 WEEKS since I ordered and my order has not shipped. Numerous phone calls, at least once I was hung up on when I called. I was promised a week ago (on Dec 5th) that my order would ship in 2 days time (Dec 7th). Here I am on December 12th, and they still have yet to process the order or generate a tracking number. When I first ordered from them in 2022, I had orders in my hands within 3 days. Recently, it has gotten slower and slower. Frankly, every contact I have had with them in the last 8 months (usually because of an order that had not shipped) was met with insincere apologies and excuses. When Phil, the owner was doing everything himself, he got the orders out quickly. Now that he's hired people to do it, it seems like they can't keep up. According to their website, they are online-only, so they don't have walk-in customers to interrupt them, they shouldn't have much to do but packing and shipping. Not sure what takes 2 weeks, but I'm very unhappy with how things are going. If I could contact Phil, I would, but they refuse to give me his phone number or have him call me back. Sadly, I am a very dissatisfied customer; this WAS my favorite place to buy. Hell, I was even telling people to go there.

I sincerely want to leave a 5 star, but I just came to shop and saw a darn near $50 price hike on all of the flowers??? Wth? Cheaper at the dispensary bro....

I ordered seeds it took 1 month to get them after emails and phone calls and being given excuse after excuse. I have been growing for 40 years so I know a little bit about growing. Not one of the seeds germinated (10 seeds) I ordered 6 to try them out and they gave me 10 for my trouble. What a wast of $58 and my time.

I’ve been ordering from Iced Out Genetics for a while now and I have never received anything less than the best. From costumer service to the product itself, everything is phenomenal when it comes to this company!!

This is an excellent company to deal with. The product is top quality. Alex will always make sure your orders are taken care of. I will continue to do business with ice out genetics. Their customer service is excellent. Thank you Alex for all you do.

Ok so updated review iced out genetics from what I’m told had some issues with employees that got sick and is the reason it took so long and I would like to change my review and say that although my initial order took a while the customer service has and was great the entire time and since then I have received my order and the quality was fantastic and since then they have reached out and are compensating me for the time and frustration that I endured thru the process I will update on the speed and quality of comp when I get it thanks guys you really have done great by me as long as you follow thru!

Update: I received the order. Everything great! I'll do more business in the future. TY IOG! Ordered Aug 9th and still haven't received. I've called a couple of times and they told me they were going to send it both times . They did mention some shipping issues. I'll update if I do get order.

False advertising and false products. The descriptions are misleading and not at all what they ship to you, if you even receive it. Takes a month to receive an order and they do nothing to resolve the problem. All messages are ignored and it is impossible to get a straight truthful response, if any. Delay orders for no reason. Now charging exuberant fees on top of the pricing trying to justify it because of the payment process, then you have to pay more fees because of the payment process. Scam.

Purchased from these guys a few times and they are great with their products. Can't wait til next payday I still have so many more flowers to sample 😀

My issue is with the shipping time. It literally took a month just to get my sample order. A MONTH!!!!! it was good flower and i love the selection, but im afraid to do future buisness with them for fear of very very long wait time or maybe not receiving anything at all. 😒

Can’t complain. I’ve been ordering for the last 6 months and never had an issue. I usually had my order shipped in 2 or 3 days after payment, however sometimes u may wait a couple of weeks but as I can see it’s cause they are having many orders finding the way to serve everyone. Giving 4 stars in order to make them put more effort on their processes.

it has been 3 weeks since i put my order in and it still has not shipped they told me it would ship out last week then they said this week and now they said next week not a great way to do business

Yeah I placed an order on the 9/8, contacted customer service on the 15th, they apologized and said one of their packagers was out sick for the week so they were behind, that's understandable, they then said it would ship out on Saturday, well I waited until the following Wednesday and contacted them again and they said my order STILL wasn't out and it won't be until this upcoming Saturday which is kinda messed up, don't tell people their order will be shipped one day and then when it still never shows up you copy paste your previous response but change the date, will update from 1 to 4 stars if my order ever gets here. UPDATE: it still has not arrived, if it doesn't get here by tomorrow I'm suing them for fraud.

I made an ordered never to receive it. Left emails only to be told my package would go out in ten days came and and gone no package then another 10 days late finally made a shipping label but refuses to ship my package now been over a month can not get a response so no product that they took my money for worst service I ever used would nor recommend all they do is take your money and not send product
