Loved this! Three kids and three adults - the puzzles were clever but solvable. We were late, due to a flat tyre, but Chris, our game-master was so understanding, helping us push through so we didn't hold up the next visitors. Props are suitably creepy and we all had a ball. Many thanks for a great experience and excellent customer service.

Great first escape room.

SO GREAT! Our absolute favorite experience of an escape room ever. Usually escape rooms are just a bunch of puzzles and locks with a theme but this one felt like a legitimate escape room! (Spoilers ahead) The puzzles were not just locks and keypads, but also moving contraptions and nifty tools, involving magnets, UV light, air pumps, pouring water, aligning maps, and tracing directions. I couldn’t rave more about the puzzles without spoiling the room. All the props were on-theme, easy to use, and extremely well built, as well as the room and setting itself. The staff was extremely helpful, providing clues via walkie-talkie, vague enough to not be obvious yet insightful enough to get us through, on theme with the room, and guiding us when we were using something wrongly (which he even mentioned we could ask him to stop doing if we wanted). The puzzles were really built for users in mind, allowing some room for error, and being extremely natural in that you knew exactly when you found the right code/solution. The flow of the challenges was amazing and even enabled us to work on multiple puzzles at once, which was great as we were a family of 6. We were honestly so delighted with the experience — the puzzles weren’t too easy but they were so intuitive that they were exhilarating and I honestly felt so mentally enriched and fulfilled afterwards. We also got this on a midweek discount since we went on a weekday. A great experience and couldn’t recommend this enough. If Google allowed me to give just one 10-star review ever, this would be it.

We did Keller’s Magic Emporium and it as one of the best escape rooms we have ever done and we have done about 10 across Adelaide and Melbourne. A great balance of “easy” puzzles and harder ones. A very surprising and fun personalised puzzle within the room. We only needed one hint. Simon, our host was extremely welcoming, friendly and had a real cool vibe. You can tell he is really passionate about the experience and ensuring visitors have a good time. We will be back in the future.

We did fractured and felt it wasn’t worth the money it cost. The props and space were underwhelming and the puzzles were too obscure, forced, and illogical. The idea was great but the execution was off. Based on the cost I’m giving it a lower score, otherwise I’d give a 2.

For my daughter's 16th birthday, we decided to try this Escape Room, and it was an unforgettable experience! The historical significance of being Australia's first escape room initially drew me in, and we were thrilled with our choice. The backyard setup added a unique charm, and the excellently designed, logical puzzles were the highlight. My kids, ranging in age, all found something to contribute. The puzzles were challenging yet achievable, and it was wonderful to see them working together. Watching their faces lighting up with each solved clue was definitely worth the cost. As our first escape room experience, it was exceptionally entertaining and a perfect family activity. Highly recommended! *8vD

One of my favourite escape room experiences!! We did Kellar’s Magic Emporium with 6 people, and it was a little squishy, but it is recommended for 5 so that was understandable. Very challenging, but also solvable, and the game master was great. Highly recommend!

I came here with a group of friends, we have done a few different rooms at different locations and can say this room was definitely done well. It was a lot of fun and they've definitely done well to.make this a fun and challenging experience for all. I would highly recommend this location for anyone, especially with a group friends!

We completed Keller's Magic emporium as a team of four, and it was so much fun! The puzzles and set design were engaging and well thought out, and the scare factor was 💯! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the storyline had us engaged from start to end. Shoutout to Nathan for accommodating our group, and explaining the puzzles we were stumped by! 10/10 experience.

Brilliant escape room, with brilliant staff. I've done over 50 escape rooms (although our performance on this one certainly didn't show it), and the Mine Escape room at ERM is one of the much better. The puzzles were intuitive, entertaining and worked well with the story of the room. My partner and I accidentally booked the room for the wrong day, but the staff were able to accomodate for us. Highly recommend, and will be back to try out the other rooms!

Fun experience, really enjoyed the time. The puzzle was not overly difficult, despite we requested clue several time, still manage to escape the room with in time 😆 will definitely check out other rooms in the future.

Great experience in the veteran’s head! One of the best escape room we ever had! We are not English native speakers so some puzzles were a bit tricky, but still an amazing experience. The room atmosphere is great, puzzles inventive, fun to solve and challenging which is a real plus after 15+ experiences
