We called and was assured the Honda Oddessy we wanted was available. After driving all the way from Humble, we looked and test drove the vehicle. At the point of purchase which we were going to pay cash, a nother customer came over to the salesman and said he has a deposit on it. The salesman told him he should have let him know when he arrived. The Saleman proceed with the sale just to get a call from the owner not to sell us the vehicle.

I bought this 2014 chevy cruze for my daughter's 17th birthday on 10/26/24 Essence Autos 1 week later my kid was driving home from school and the smoke started spewing out the hood and the engine light popped on. I took it to a mechanic and they said that this car needed a new catalytic converter, alternator, and the engine was spraying oil all over the place due to leaks. I asked Essence Auto to fix the issue or give me my money back because they sold me a lemon car. Essence Auto declined to do the right thing and they wouldnt even look at the car. They said buy as is. I know they have other lemon cars on their lot so before you buy ask to take the car to a mechanic for a diagnostic check and see what they say. If they say noamd not let you take it to a mechanic for a diahnosyic check then I guarantee you that the car you are interested in is a lemon. The used car game is a cold blooded business and this dealership is definitely not helping the bad reputation. This car was for my 17yr old daughter and this dealership didnt even care that my kid was driving the car and smoke started spewing out the hood. The car could have went into flames! Just be careful before you buy here. Ask to send it to a mechanic for a diagnostic check first!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I started having problems with the car 3 weeks after buying it. They just want to take your money selling cars crappy cars. There’s no way I should be having trouble from a good car after 3 weeks! I called them and they basically said oh well all you have to do is get it fixed as if I didn’t just pay them a pretty penny 3 weeks ago.
