Great service !!!!

These guys are brilliant , the engineer (Nick) arrived on schedule and went out of his way to cater for our needs rather than the easiest installation.

He made sure that we understood everything and the app was set up and working before he left.

Very friendly and didn’t complain about all of my novice questions.

EV Domestic’s customer service department are amazing , we had a minor issue with our Ohme Home Pro charger , which wasn’t any fault of EVD’s and still they came out and fixed it without any quibbles.

The customer service team again kept us informed every step of the way and went beyond the call of duty to find a solution to our problem.

If EVD made guitar amplifiers the theirs would go up to 11 (Extra Points for anyone who gets that reference).😎😎

If you are thinking about getting an EV charger then look no further than EVD , in my humble opinion ; EV Domestic are second to none.

Highly professional installation of the myEnergi Zappi at our property. The installation professional worked efficiently, leaving everything neat and tidy.

frist class came on time perlite clean up after work showed us how it works 2 or 3 times so I new how it worked very good

Brilliant service from start to finish, the entire process of EV installation was done by Carly in a friendly and a professional way. Carly was polite, was available for any questions we had and most importantly, he was able to complete the installation process within the agreed timescale.

EV Domestic are brilliant. Caroline and her colleagues unscrambled the babble which Ohme's software made of my photos. EV understood exactly what I needed and arranged it all with the minimum of fuss in a friendly and helpful manner. I was kept informed of everything at all times. Caroline et all actually listened to what I was saying and used their brains to answer me. Not a tick-box tosser in sight. Their fitter, whose name I have sadly forgotten, arrived on time to the second and fitted the widgets quickly and efficiently. He was very helpful and could even explain to me the mysticism of App-ery and how to avoid it.
