Horrible experience with extremely pathetic service. Booked them for a 12 am delivery surprise where I ordered a delizia cake, 3 large pizzas, fresh flower bouquet, spark candles. They charged 7300 for all this delivery was supposed to be done at nazimabad. I paid the whole amount online one week before the surprise date. I asked them again and again ke delivery 11:15 ya 11:30 tak hojaye or sab fresh ho they were like yes don’t worry (posting 1 screenshot of the chat) they delivered everything at 2 am in the middle of night. The cake was completely messed up or lame excuse dedi ke DHA se arha tha cake isliye rastay mei kharab hogya tou bhai ap nazimabad ke ps kisi delizia outlet se lelete, bouquet was not fresh at all. 12 am surprise was completely ruined. They were telling me 12 bjhe se ke bs 20 min bs 25 min and delivered it finally at 2:00 am (posting 2 screenshot) horrible experience please don’t risk your event by trusting them. They are not professional at all. Wasted my time and money! SHAME ON YOU GUYS FOR FOOLING PEOPLE.

You guys really did a wonderful job and deserve all the good remarks. Our offical picnic organised by eventualle turned out really good and enjoyable. We had a good experience throughout the plan but a sometimes in this type of setup we face some small issues which was highlighted which was later compensated by the musical program organized by you so, overall we are all satisfied and look forward to have our offical and personal events organised with you in future again. They organised this event called the wedding fiesta where a lot of exhibitors participated . Around 60-70 stalls were purchased. The venue was supposed to be the beach luxury hotel that’s why all the exhibitors were okay with paying 20-30k for the stalls. Well everyone knows that the venue plays an huge part so every exhibitors started promoting the event on the name of the beach luxury hotel. Even I have sent PR to so many bloggers and influencers and obviously the venue I’ve mentioned in the invitation was the beach luxury. Moving forward. Every exhibitor was asking zoya to start their marketing campaign on social media to create awareness about the event. But maybe she was least bothered about it. Whenever we ask her to boost the event etc she’d say yes ads are running you guys should also invite people like you’re inviting them in your own wedding with the hashtag shadi main zarur ana. I mean wtf? Moreover, a week ago she told us that we have to change the venue because beach luxury is not being professional etc and they are harassing us to which all of us (the exhibitors said) that it’s non of our concern and you can’t change the venue like that she switched off the messages from the group and then told us okay don’t worry the venue is same . We got busy in our things for the event. Then again just two days before the event she said I’m sorry the venue is changed from beach luxury to qstar( which I’ve never heard of before). And we all were stressed out because the preparations were already done and we were clueless and angry and what not. She gave us the option to back out. But it wasn’t easy for everyone to back out last moment. The damage was already done. Still we all supported her she she told us that how the manager of beach luxury misbehaved and etc etc. Still I told her to focus on marketing you still have two days. Tell people the value has been changed. Tell them where the hell is qstar located install hoarding outside the hall since there was no board or anything on the main road. We asked her to pay bloggers and ask them to run a two day campaign to spread the word, run ads on social media. But no. Whenever someone tries to talk to her she just block them from the group, delete them, switch of sending message options as we are some school children and she’s our teacher. When we tried to talk to her she didn’t listen AT ALL. All the exhibitors wanted her to return atleast 50% of the payment. Since she wanted venue on barter that’s why changed the venue. The least they could do was to spend atleast 20k on the influencers marketing for the revenue they’ve generated from the stalls. But no she Wasn’t even ready to talk about it. They promised that there will be footfall of 10k-20k people lol . But trust me I was sitting there for two days! There were hardly 100 people. Hardly. That too were the friends family n relatives of the fellow exhibitors. Utter disappointment.

eventualle is the worst event organizing company I have came across.....they organized an event by the name of wedding fiesta on Saturday and Sunday and it was pathetic..they failed to deliver what they said.there was no marketing, no audience, no footfall of the people...they just loot ur money and their service is pathetic in every sense....

they might be good in organizing weddings but organizing an exhibition is an entire different thing .sorry but disappointed by the unproffesional attitude of whole team

I had an 100% satisfying experience with Zoya and Iqra (eventualle) i never knew them before, it was first time working with them. I AM NOT ANY REPRESENTATIVE OF EVENTULLE, there were some issues venue was changed on end moment, but i did trusted Zoya and she completely accommodated everything she could do for us. I totally appreciate the efforts done by the company after soo many mishaps. All facilities were provided, as promised. Vendors/People who were pointing out Zoya's Professionalism, Were hell of unprofessional them selves. They accused her upto limits. 90% of them were Women Enterprenurers, but what they actually LAKE is Business Ethics!! Something which could have been sorted out calmly resulted as a Chaos.
