Although we accepted your order early to ensure it would be ready as soon as possible after we opened, it's important to note that our staff arrives at 5 PM to begin food preparation. Once an order is accepted, customers receive a confirmation via email or text with the estimated time for collection, which in this case was set for 17:20. While we do our best to accommodate early requests, we can only begin preparing food once the restaurant is open and our kitchen staff is on-site. Quality food takes time, and we believe it's better to take a few extra minutes to ensure everything is cooked to perfection rather than rush an order. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but we prioritize delivering meals that meet our high standards. Regarding the mix-up with your order, although rare, such errors can occur during busy periods. We always encourage customers to contact us directly if something isn't right so we can correct it immediately. Additionally, it seems that this review does not fully clarify the situation or the steps we took to accommodate your preorder. We hope this response provides a better understanding of what happened.
