I had a fence installed by EverFence, after a month it was already falling apart but i just popped it back in myself. A year later, various other pieces have continued to fall apart. I have tried calling them but they appear to be out of business.... go figure. Super unfortunate that I spent thousands of dollars only to have to get this redone.

Contracted work with Everfence in January, paid the deposit in May for a June start date. Two weeks after they received my deposit, they cancelled the project, told me they are going out of business and now will not respond to me or give me my $4000 back.

Do not hire this company to do your fencing. They do not communicate with you and will delay your project after you already signed a contract. After the fence is installed they say you have a warranty but will not answer the phone or call you back after you tell them the issues. They will ghost you. Certain parts of my fence keeps popping out of place due to them using beams that are too long and they won’t return my calls to fix it. Do not use this company!!!!

If I could give them less I would. They were the worst company to ever work with. Very poor with communication and tried to keep stalling out project. They finally got some of the work done after multiple calls and complaints only to find out that they shut down completely without notice. Now I have half a poorly built fence that will cost me more money to fix their blunders to get it looking like it should have been all along.

This company is a scam. We had Chandler Rehl come out and give us a quote. We paid a 50% deposit they scheduled a date for the work to be done in two weeks. Install day came and they never showed up. We called the office and left several messages. We called and texted Chandler. He never responded. We put in a request for another quote and someone reached out. We told her that they had never showed up. She told us she would contact the office.....but they never responded. We have disputed the charge on our credit card. Do not use this company!!!!

At first James was SO very friendly, helpful and FULL of knowledge. Great communication and contacts, UNTIL the contract was signed. then GHOST town, the "scheduler" that he works with has better things to do and is not worried about how accurate your order may be. Then when the installers showed up they did not have all needed supplies and had to come back the next morning. well Morning turned into late afternoon and then STILL did not have all the supplies. They advised that we just BUY the missing post caps from home depot. I advised James and he said he would be over that day to bring the post caps. NOW we can not get anyone to call us back. I have left numerous messages and also sent emails that have remained unanswered. I have left messages on all the numbers I can find and NO ONE cares enough to call. DO NOT USE EVER FENCE.

We had our fence installed by Everfence a week ago. We paid a down payment and today the sub contractor fence company showed up at our door and said Everfence went out of business yesterday. They are out all the money and upfronted materials and labor. I feel sick for this subcontractor and I am navigating how to pay them the balance along with 3 other neighbors (big job) We don't want to be charged twice or have a lien placed on our property by Everfence. Their Orange location is locked up and closed down. The phone number just has a machine. They aren't responding to emails either.

I would highly not recommend Everfence to anyone ever. My fence project became one of the most frustrating parts of an already difficult construction process. Although the permit was obtained within weeks, it took approximately five months for the fence to actually be completed. There was no reasonable explanation for the delay, and communication throughout the project was poor. I specifically ordered pre-stained fencing and paid accordingly. Instead, raw, unstained wood was installed. Since then, I have repeatedly requested that Everfence return to correct the issue and perform the staining/touch-up work that was originally promised. My requests have largely been ignored, and at this point it feels as though the company has simply ghosted me. The billing process was equally problematic. Charges appeared for items and changes that I never signed off on or approved. Rather than working cooperatively to resolve disputes, the company seemed more interested in demanding payment. To make matters worse, Everfence sent threatening collection and legal correspondence regarding payments that were actually the responsibility of my general contractor. Instead of communicating professionally and investigating the situation, they immediately escalated the matter despite knowing the project was being managed through a general contractor. Even my general contractor described Everfence as extremely difficult to work with. Delays, communication issues, billing disputes, and unfinished work. The end result is a fence that took MONTHS longer than promised, was not installed according to the specifications I ordered, and remains unresolved because the company will not respond to requests for corrective work. A truly unprofessional business.

I rarely leave negative reviews,but I feel compelled to share my experience, I am currently bound by a financial agreement with this company since April making payments as required for fence installation project and to date Jun 17 No work has been started..What has been most frustrating is the ongoing delays and lack of proactive communication, As a customer i understand that schedules can change and and other unforseen issues can arise however when someone entrust a company with their money they deserve honesty,timely updates and follow through on commitments.i chose this company based on expectations of professionalism and reliability but my experience has been extremely disappointing. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their communication and customer service so that customers Do not have the same experience. At this point I am still waiting for work to be done!

They did a fantastic job all around. The salesperson, Han Beckman, that I initially met with was helpful, clear, and transparent with all options, processes, etc. Price was reasonable, and even though I didn't go with it, the financing options they have are great for anyone worried about price tag up front. Installers were great. I was expecting a 2-3 day install, and they knocked the whole thing out in one day! I know you may think they cut corners to do so, but I can assure you they didn't. Everything is perfectly aligned and looks beautiful. I'm a very happy customer.

We wanted a driveway black iron fence w/ mesh. The salesperson was great, quote agreed on and everything. After that the workers i have to say know their job. However punctuality and communication was not their thing. They came in a friday to pour cement, said they'd come back the next day and they never did until Wed or Thurs. When they finally came it looked like they were almost dome but there was no mesh. The worker said HR never told them. So we had to wait on that. When they finally had that we noticed the latch was on the outside and asked them if it could be on the inside not exposed because our area isn't the best. Also due to the mesh it needed to be higher so we could open from the out side for when it isn't locked. The worker manage to switch the latch but left the whole dodnt cover them like he said he would. Never came back. They reached out asking how the fence was we told them its incomplete. Stated they would send someone to finish the job and again never came. Its been about a month. I mad my peace that they'll never show up. Its almost like workers dont like to do touch ups or go back to places they themselves considered done. For the money paid, I expected it to be complete. Wouldn't recommend.

if you know someone needs fence tell them NOT to use everfenc.we got a price put deposit wk later they made a mistake couldn't do it for that price 4,000. dollars more gave deposit second time it took wks for them to say fence was in.They came put 3 panels up left . we called and called no body would call back we called home office to get someone to answer our questions what was taken so long.then after our calls worker showed up.Two weeks after fence done the corner at the gate came out.The style we picked gate panels have up side was put on upside down.after 12,000. we had to fix it our self The manger it tampa is the worst he doesnt need to be in charge everfence how long before he ruined . SORRY COMPNY

Well, currently they are at 0 stars for me. I've had a warranty issue (sagging gate) for FIVE MONTHS and haven't gotten anywhere with them. The office has never answered a call directly and I used the contact us form several times with no results. I have gotten two people on the phone EVER and both said they would get me taken care of quickly. Last contact was a month ago. This is not how to run a business.
