Having to replace our homes roof we thought was going to be a formidable task, boy were we wrong. We searched the internet for local roofers, and got estimates. Evergreen was one of the companies we sought out. The professionalism, speed, & response made the choice very clear. Then we got the insurance assistance, explanations, and further support were outstanding and mind-blowing. We enjoyed the crew, they were clean and caring to our property, and only enhanced it in every way they could. We are thrilled with the craftsmanship and expertise. Our roof had a high main pitch and a lower covered porch requiring multiple roofing materials and safety was a concern. We were amazed at the speed, their safety practices, and constant updates on progress throughout the entire process. We required assistance integrating our needs with our insurance carrier, and Evergreen made it simple. We even qualified for a tax deduction we were unaware of. It's a hard choice in picking a contractor, but we feel we really won by choosing Tanner's team at Evergreen. Shout out to their office staff as well; Grace is not just a name but how we felt in the end. We love the look, the speed, the care, and the people who helped us accomplish the task. After dealing with a couple of expensive and unfriendly salesmen at other roofing companies, Tanner with Evergreen demonstrated a professionalism that was much appreciated. He performed a solid inspection which was more informative the fear tactics of the competitors. A quick repair and we were back in business, with Evergreen on the speed dial for the future. If I could give it more stars I would! They were prompt, efficient, and most importantly the most genuine group of workers I’ve met. Their operations manager, Lake, took it upon himself to make sure my roof was done before my deadline and even worked overtime to get it done. Would recommend to anyone in need of roof service!!!!

I highly recommend Evergreen. Tanner replaced the siding on our 1949 rental house in August 2024. The process was seem less, price fair, results excellent. We are new home owners and he was patient with all our many questions. We also live overseas, and he was able to accommodate the extreme timezone difference to discuss the project. I sought many quotes before choosing Evergreen. Ultimately Evergreen proved to be the most prompt and thorough in their communication, and offer a competitive quote. They completed the job efficiently and beautifully.

They came out almost immediately to look at my damaged roof, provided a same day estimate and promptly scheduled the work. They did a masterful job of completing the work and cleaning up afterwards! Update! Had a question on a few things a few months later and Tanner was out to our house the same day to address any of our concerns! That is excellent service from a caring contractor if you ask me! Thanks Tanner! Looking for a roof? Tanner and Ryan with Evergreen Exteriors will not disappoint! We started with 10 bids on a new roof for our house and carport as I really needed to get an idea of the overall bidding process, pricing and other factors involved as well as tips and such from experienced roofers through the estimating process. Our house had a layover (2 layers of shingles) and needed 4 sheets of wood replaced as well as a couple of leaks addressed. Tanner's knowledge was right up there with most who came out but his polite and respectful manner in the way he treats you is exemplary! We had a lot of emails back and forth getting things dialed in and he was always gracious in answering quickly with what we needed. In the end, we chose him and his company for the roof replacement. We had it scheduled for a Wednesday but it snowed the day or two before so we asked to do it the following week and he had no problem doing so. The day of the job, it was windy but Tanner and his crew did a great job and documented it all with photo's and video so we could see it later on. (I like this as you can see what you are getting even if you are not up there watching it yourself!) They cleaned up really well after the wind blew a lot of roof debris everywhere and made sure all was good before leaving for the day. The next day Tanner came and did some final caulking and cleanup, making sure all looked as good as it was on the ground as well as up on the new roof. We viewed the photo's later in the day with Tanner and his brother Ryan and they answered any questions we had. I would say this was one of the best experiences we have had with home repairs and glad we chose Evergreen Exteriors! You should too! (I do not know them nor was I paid or given a discount for this review, I'm just a Boise homeowner with years living in the Treasure Valley and wanted to let everyone know about my experience!)

I had several other siding contractors out for estimates, Evergreen exteriors Tanner was by far the most professional, he answered all my questions, was punctual and had the estimate same day. The siding on our 1980s house was deteriorated, Tanner and the crew did an excellent job replacing the siding, even had some areas that needed to be sheathed in and didn’t charge extra, one of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor. Very happy with the overall experience! They definitely know what they’re doing! we very much appreciate all of your hard work and expertise, thanks again, Tanner and crew!

He had to search the country over to find siding that matched our existing siding. He not only found the pieces, he purchased the last 15 in existence as extras in case we need more in the future. We used Evergreen for a small siding repair and then to install fascia in preparation for new gutters. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly fair in price. What really stood out to me is they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right; replacing sheathing and adding house wrap under the entire repair area when it was identified that the old material was celotex sheathing (didn't like the water...). Paint match on south-facing, sun-cooked wall was awesome. I really appreciate their commitment to doing things correctly, and leaving the job site free of debris (especially after gutter removal and fascia install). Would highly recommend them for any exterior needs.

Google search brought me to Evergreen’s website. Tanner has been exceptional to work with and the quality of the work is top-notch. Pricing was transparent and straightforward and Tanner put in a ton of legwork coordinating with insurance to get the roof covered. Communication has been excellent and professional. I have zero reservation recommending these folks.
