Its no wonder these guys are 5 stars. Joey and Everlasting wells are the best! I needed well testing in Litchfield county and got scheduled within a week of my call. Joey stopped and called me because he could tell I had not run my well long enough to clear a recent chlorination, saving me an additional test and test fee after driving all the way out. I appreciate his honestly, integrity, and timeliness. Would highly recommend.

Everlasting Wells saved us! Woke up one Monday morning to no water. Got a few recommendations which all were busy or couldn’t come out until Thursday. We called Joey at 9:30am and he was here at 1pm. He told us our issue (being a local company, he knew all about our wells and the area which automatically made us feel more comfortable) said he had all the parts and got to work. Joey and team were quick (even with my 3 year old asking if they like swordfish and any other question that comes to a 3 year olds mind) and they were done by 4pm. For something that can be really stressful and overwhelming, Joey made us feel comfortable and in good hands. Really reasonably priced and overall easy to work with. We will for sure recommend Everlasting Wells!

Joe and his team were excellent. They gave us a reasonable quote, great advice and did good quality work. He even coordinated with the well fracking contractor and made himself available at short notice. Plus, he did a few small upgrades for free. I would highly recommend Everlasting Wells.

I called Joey at 1:00 Thursday with no water. Said he would out at 3:45 to see what the issue was. He texted me to let me know he was on his way. Arrived at 3:45. He inspected everything and it was determined that my jet pump was dead. I opted for a new submersible pump. He recommended a new pressure tank also since mine is probably 50 years old. He gave me a written quote and said he would be arriving here at 11 AM on Friday. They arrived right on time with the backhoe and everything else that was needed. He continuously gave me updates on how the job was going and what the next steps were. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. My water was up and running by 3:30. Joey and Z were very courteous throughout the whole process. Cleaned everything up and they were on their way. And the quote he gave me was it exactly what the bill came to. I highly recommend Everlasting Wells LLC.

We got hit by the recent microburst that hit Simsbury, Granby areas on Friday 8/02/24. I thought my well pump got fried. I was unfortunately out of town. My son found Everlasting Wells on the web and called Joey on Saturday. He got right back to him and even came out on Sunday all the way from Winsted CT to fix it. Turned out to be we just lost pressure in our tank probably a leaky toilet. He tested everything out and was extremely reasonable on the price especially being last minute on a Sunday. Thank you Joey

Called Joey when my well stopped working, first he did his best to help troubleshoot over the phone which was absolutely refreshing, then once he showed up found the issue right away and replaced our well pump the same day. Absolutely wonderful and professional.

Joey from Everlasting Wells is very nice and professional. He fixed all my issues with my well system very promptly. I called other companies and only Joey answered immediately and had me set up to come and fix the problem I had in no time. As others state, he is very, very knowledgeable about his profession. He is also very efficient and meticulous. He found what was going on and in no time I had excellent water pressure and most importantly water back again. He is very honest and really cares about his customers. Today in age it’s really hard to find a professional who truly cares like Joey/Everlasting Wells. Please don’t hesitant to call him for any issues you may have with your well/water system. He will fix them at a very reasonable price. Joey is an incredible help. My well pump gave out on me and he came over and replaced it efficiently, and was very thorough attentive to detail, making sure the replacement was rated appropriately. He checked my entire well system to make sure things were working after the replacement. When my kitchen faucet lost pressure in the following weeks, he came out and fixed the problem, sediment accumulation from when the pump had given out. He checked the quality of my water and explained my well system to me, which is a godsend as a new homeowner with no prior experience. He was friendly, charges fair rates, and is prompt to reply. I'm happy to give him my business for routine maintenance to keep the system in good working order

Joey was extremely responsive and came out fast due to me running my well dry. He fixed my pump and got me up and running in a short time. This is my first house and expected I caused serious damage; he could have up sold me on parts I did not need however he charged a more than fair rate and got the pump primed. He is an honest guy that I now trust to pass along to my own client base!

Joey received my call for help today at 3:30 PM and him and his helper were at my house within the hour. Finished the pump/wire replacement (450 foot well!) by 6:45!! We now have running water!! Thank you Joey!!

I can't speak highly enough about Joey and Everlasting Wells. My water stopped running and when my plumber took a look and realized that there was a problem with the water well he called Everlasting Wells to consult on it. Within an hour, Joey (the owner) showed up to assess. After explaining what he deemed the next steps to be, he made a plan and early the next morning he and his colleague Jeff started the work. Along the way, Joey was checking in to provide me with updates on the situation and my options. After a few hours of intense work, he restored my water. He also gave me a thorough review of the completed work and what I should look out for going forward. Joey is not just competent, he is so responsive and has a real appreciation for a customer's sense of urgency. I am so fortunate to have found Everlasting Wells and would love to give more than a 5-star review here!
