I connected with Nancy via LinkedIn. I had a ton of recruiters who had reached out to me, but she was the only one who felt genuinely interested in me as an individual. After sending my resume and credentials, it was probably less that a week before Nancy had found an opportunity for me. I have been working contracts jobs for the last two years and was ready for a permanent job.
