We a group of 8 had taken an ice cave tour on March 21st.
It was an amazing experience for all of us. Really made our trip.
Ermo and Floris were funny, informative and amazing. The feeling of walking on glacier all to ourselves for over 3 ourselves was an exceptional experience

The team was organized and timely, ensuring everything ran smoothly. We were provided with crampons, which made walking on the ice easy and safe. The vehicle ride to the cave was an adventure in itself, taking us across stunning glacial landscapes.Our guide, Guillermo, was outstanding—knowledgeable, warm, and truly passionate about what he does. He took the time to explain the formation of the ice caves, answered all our questions, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. His kindness and enthusiasm made the experience even more special.The Blue Ice Cave itself was out of this world—a surreal, shimmering, frozen wonderland that felt like stepping into another dimension. The shades of blue were mesmerizing, and we had plenty of time to take in the beauty and capture photos.Safety was a top priority throughout, and I felt completely at ease. The team’s expertise and professionalism were evident at every step.If you’re in Iceland, this tour is an absolute must! Ice Explorers exceeded all my expectations, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

We spent ca. 4 hours walking in the nature in the Vatnajökull glacier / Breidamerkurjökull area. Our two female guides took a good care of us. Ice Caves - Iceland
Our guide Javier was incredible. Any questions asked about the glacier, formation of glacier and volcanos were answered in depth with additional info about the area provided. We felt incredibly safe whilst in the ice caves as safety equipment was provided.There is a short walk to the ice caves which may require some level of fitness however the group went at a steady pace allowing to take in the surroundings and get pictures.Tour was fantastic and would recommend to anyone visiting Iceland specifically with Ice Explorers
