(Reply from Welson, Founder of Expressprint after interacting with customer) On 10 Oct, Customer ordered 100pcs of offset printed business card and on 12 Oct, he received about 150pcs, of which, 90+ of them are actually ok. When he raised the issues of uneven cutting, or scratches, customer showed me photos via WhatsApp and told me the bottom few are scratched and he considerably told me that this is inevitable. He also shared our staff invited him to have a thorough check through the cards so they can follow through the recovery process. However, due to time constraint, he declined while remaining appreciative. He consider the issue to be closed. It is understandable that customer expect 100%. But, in printing, many issues could have happened unnoticed. This is the very reason why we have laid out an acceptable print policy where all our customers can be assured of print results and rely on it in the event of issues. It is unfortunate that customer decide to leave us a one star rating. Nonetheless, we will continue to improve and provide more value in print to our customers.
