Rusty was great to communicate with and was so patient as we moved through the decision making process. The team was professional, reliable, and kind. They went above and beyond with all the immaculate trim work that made such a difference. I love coming home to my updated siding. I will admit, it’s ironic that the owner of Exterior Siding Solution’s name is Rusty. However, I can see why he didn’t name his business Rusty Siding! Rusty is anything but rusty in his trade. He is truly a trusted advisor and I felt at ease knowing he would be onsite during the residing of my home. He was very thorough and explained things in enough detail to make me feel comfortable when I asked questions. He had some suggestions to improve the curbside appeal of our home with some simple differences of trim/style that really took the look of our bay window up a notch! Rusty and one of his crews recently replaced all of the old Masonite hardboard siding on my house, wrapped the wooden fascia boards with aluminum, installed vinyl soffit, and replaced the gutters. The crew was professional, quick, and had great housekeeping. Their work turned out incredible. Rusty was easy to work with and always answers the phone. Any time I had a question or suggestion or if I just wanted something to look slightly different, he would make sure it was done. I 100% recommend Exterior Siding Solutions to anyone shopping the market.

Thank you Rusty and Carlos and his crew for a great job. You amazed me by saying that you could fit the job in before Christmas and then you absolutely did the best work. I have never had such an easy time working with a company. Rusty took care of everything and was on top of it all! Exterior Siding Solutions, Rusty in particular, has been a joy to work with over the years! We originally hired ESS in 2022 for a siding, gutter, replacement doors and basement window project. Both my husband and I are engineers, and were particular regarding maintenance, quality, cosmetic appearance, durability, value, etc. Ultimately, we chose a combination of Hardie Board for the gables and insulated siding for the walls. Rusty was so helpful with selecting colors for the exterior siding/gutter materials and also the doors and windows. He was always responsive and on the job everyday with his wonderful crew. Fast forward to a week ago, during a basement bathroom project involving an exhaust fan vented to an outside wall through the siding. Rusty quickly helped us with getting an exhaust vent cover to match our siding and then installed it hassle-free at a very reasonable cost. We would definitely recommend and use Rusty and ESS again! Rusty and his crew replaced our siding, front fascia and 4 columns in June 2023 and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. I had invited at least a dozen contractors to bid on the job but elected to go with Rusty due to his overall expertise/experience, available options, and simply the comfort level I had with him. As a small business owner myself, I appreciated his involvement and the commitment he demonstrated throughout to make sure we were satisfied. We had some odd angles to deal with on the home but he figured out a solution for all of them. His crew was reliable and showed up exactly when they said they would. Rusty tends to work on one project at a time so didn't have alot of competing interests when he was working on our home. We were the focus, which is how it should be. Rusty, the business owner of Exterior Siding Solutions is one of the best companies I’ve ever used. The bid was much more reasonable compared to the other 3 that I had gotten. His crew started siding at about 8am and they were done by 12:30 PM. My home looks amazing with the new siding. Rusty even went out of his way to help me get rid of the old floodlights in my soffit. His crew did an amazing job! I was really impressed how he stayed with the crew the whole time & made sure everything got done right. He made sure I was happy with everything before he left. From beginning to end, Rusty provided a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. There were no high-pressure selling tactics, and he was very thorough in his presentation on project details and expectations. His suggestions based on years in the industry were both appreciated and well received. Once the actual work began, Rusty was there each day to monitor and assist with its completion, which took 5 working days. His crew of 6, with 15 years of experience, were exceptional. They were punctual, respectful and worked very well as a team. It was comforting to witness their workmanship on such a big investment and be assured that it was money well spent.
