Instant relief for back pain
The first time used the table I felt relief from my lower back pain. I actually heard my back pop every time I use it. I would fully recommend this table to anyone with back pain. However it's not easy to assemble, as I got a friend to help me. It's at least a 90 minute job, if not longer but well worth it. Why spend 200-300 hundred when this table does the same thing for less than a hundred.

The plastic caps on the bottom doesn't stay on and you have to completely pull the pin to go 90°

The stretch
I was in a car accident in 09 and broke my pelvis in three places and have three plates.i have three plat ses in my pelvis and a few years later I broke my leg .I also have scoliosis so ii never do full inversion.about three quarters and never til it feels painful.i feel it helps.i would recommend you have a person help assemble it.i did it by my self and I'm in good shape but when it came time to put the laying down board it was pretty hard and I could forsee someone hurting yourself easily.but other than that great product and a lot cheaper than the teeter.a lot fewer bells and whistles but still does the basic job well

Well, putting this together takes patience. Even after assembling… the arm rests are a little loose. But once you assemble it yourself, it's easier trusting it when you hang at an angle. The handle at the bottom, that you pull to lock your feet in is hard to pull on, especially if you have a bad back like I do. The good? Hanging on this has helped my L5, which was jutting 50% over my S1

Took about 30 minutes to put together, directions were fair, could have been much larger print :) All tools needed to assemble are supplied, but much easier if you have a socket set..lol Overall very pleased, sturdy and I felt safe using it.

Inversion 20%.
Very comfortable and effective for spinal decompression. The massage/heat pad is ok for center spine area, but not especially good for lumbar spine. I use a different velcro belt for heat/massage while using the inversion table

I would’ve gave it five stars, but the mechanism that holds the ankles in place the cushions aren’t wide enough, and the bar that secures I wish it were more like the Tetter brand. Where as you; Could just pull the bar without having to raise a handle that is spring loaded.
